Owners of Tenneco Drilling Station, this is Grand Admiral Taylor of the Hellfire Legion. I understand that one of our men has initiated talks with your group and offered our assistance. After extensive talks, we have decided how to proceed with your case.

First of all, we will not disassemble your installation or cause you any problems about it, you're not our enemy and you are already under pressure from various lurkers in Humboldt. We are able to assist your efforts by dispatching a number of ships in defense of your vessels and station aswell as Ship Hull Panels. That, however, will require you to pay a fee; the amount is yours to decide, aswell as accepting supply requests from us.

Be warned, if we spot any ship belonging to the LSF or the Navy and we will be forced to remove the installation by force.

Should you accept this proposal, we will immidiately provide you with the support.

Admiral Taylor out.

Remember our fallen, we are the Legion.

It seems your base has attracted some trouble. The past few days there have been quite a number of raiders that are bound to destroy it. Our patrols have been able to fend them off for now but seeing that they're bringing even heavier ships, they won't be enough. I need to know if you are serious about this or am I just wasting my time.

Greetings Admiral Taylor,
  • Please excuse the delay in the delivery of this
    transmission, Tenneco Drilling Station (TDS)
has been under constant attack, and as a result
our comms array on the station has been dealt
significant damage so getting reports have been
far less than easy. My security lead on that
project just yesterday forwarded your message
to me, and I have taken the time to consider
    your proposal.

Humboldt is a less than friendly region, and all
though every precaution was taken, we still
find ourselves up the creek with out a paddle.
The Liberty Navy have little time for backwater
industrial operations, and so this leaves us with
a crucial problem; Face a loss of our facility or
    work with the locals.

It appears one Rogue group are interested in
only cash, while other less than adequate
muppets of the same calibre only want our
facilities destruction. This leaves us with only
the Hellfire Legion to rely on, and rely on you
we can. Your assistance against the droves
of idiotic barbarians has been invaluable, and
I must certainly digress that it is not something
I had expected from a syndicate commonly
referred to by our government as terrorists.

I can think of far worse people out there.

Your offer of assistance is accepted, and your
terms are more than acceptable. Though I must
divulge that our company, and our sister company
Platinum Incorporated utilize Military class vessels
kitted out with the latest in jumping and surveying
equipment. These vessels, as are many in the
Liberty Navy, are constructed by Deep Space
Engineering, therefore our procurement of these
vessels was through civilian procedures, and do
not represent the Liberty Government or her
armed forces. We would be grateful if you were
to excuse them as they are not Liberty Navy
assets but in fact belong to Doe Industries, via
    Deep Space Engineering.

As for financial support, we're prepared to pay
the price for peace in this sector if you're prepared
    to assist us with it.

How does this fare with you?

John Doe
President
Deep Space Engineering

I'm glad you managed to receive this transmission. The warships you mentioned will be considered an exception if you can provide their call-signs, be that in this transmission or a more secure one.

As for the support fee, 2% of your profits out of silver and copper ore from the Humboldt fields will allow us to deploy and maintain heavier patrols to assist you and transport basic materials for the maintenance of the facility.

With this we are prepared to close this deal with your confirmation.

ADDENDUM:

This happened earlier today, our men dispatched those rogues swiftly.
