[Subject: Missing Liner]
Greetings officers. We have a report of a missing liner, it was due at its destination over twenty-four hours ago at the time of this transmission. While we normally allow for some leeway in transit times especially if some of our higher paying clientele decide they want to get extra close to something.
Anyways, the Liner in question is named the OS&C|Cpt.Riley. It was traveling through the Liberty systems where it diverged from the standard path to provide the tourists some nicer views of the systems. This is where we lost contact with the liner, however again, this was not too concerning at the time.
We just ask for any information regarding the liner and its whereabouts. In addition if you could dispatch some officers to investigate its disappearance, we at Orbital would be very grateful. Our last contact was logged at 17:09 just outside of the Badlands in the New York system.
Addendum: Apparently there was an administrative error. The Liner was apparently scheduled for a trip through Nagano, which is... odd. Considering the transponder last reported its location near Liberty space. Orbital does not employ jump drives nor those that use it. I'm uncertain how this is possible, as it raises more questions than it answers.
I'll go send the message on up to the higher-ups over here. I hope to hear back from you soon.

Greetings, mr. Zaxburn. I've had the liner reporting as missing to all of my officers, and dispatched a recon drone to the area. Hopefully we'll be able to locate it unharmed, but I am somewhat worried if you last saw it near the Badlands. Even we don't usually go anywhere close to the debris field, as there is a large risk of Rogue ambushes in and near the field. Why a Luxury Liner would be anywhere near that bit of New York is beyond me, so it is indeed worrying if it was scheduled to be in Nagano days ago and hasn't shown up yet.
If you've got any other (or more precise) information about the liner or its whereabouts, please do inform me over this channel or contact me personally. I'll see what I can do.

It is nice to hear the LPI start this case. I hope you find something soon. We'll keep digging on our end. And to clarify, the liner was scheduled to depart through Nagano, however the transponder last reported its location outside of the Badlands in Liberty. I honestly have no idea how this is possible, we're still investigating it on our end.
I'm sure the captain will have much to answer for when we do find him.

Just a small update: The initial search results from the drone didn't show up anything interesting, at least not on the New York orbital plane. I'll schedule a few more sweeps, but I don't expect them to turn up anything - the Rogues would have pounced at anything of that size near the Badlands days ago, so I'm hoping the vessel has moved off to somewhere else. It doesn't seem like any of my officers have seen anything either, unfortunately, but I'll keep you posted if anything comes up.

COMM ID:Commander Jasmine Greenson - Liberty Navy TARGET ID:Andrew Zaxburn. SUBJECT:Your ship and its captain. ENCRYPTION:High PRIORITY:High
Afternoon, Mr Zaxburn..
So... I checked over our files on vessels by that name and found something that won't please you... Not even a little bit. Appears the ship in question decided to breach Zone 21 and go for a joyride around the Alaska system.
While flying around heavily restrocited space, the vessel was intercepted by a cruiser under the command of Captain Polstari of the Liberty navy, who ordered the vessel impounded on an LSF station and the crew arrested.
I will contact Captain Polstari for greater details regarding the situation, as well as forwarding this on to the LSF.

[Subject: Zone 21 Liner]
That is quite the statement. OS&C has no intentions to violate secure space, nor any reason to do so. Although I don't doubt your honesty, pardon me if I find it a bit incredulous that a liner managed to breach Zone 21's defenses. They're not vessels of war, and it certainly couldn't -sneak- through.
If the Liner -did- manage to breach Zone 21's defenses you might end up thanking Orbital for breaching one of the most secure systems in Sirius with one of the least capable ships for doing so. Allowing you to strengthen your own defenses. But I jest.
Orbital will definitely have a long talk with the Captain if what you say is true. Restricted space is just that, restricted. Orbital understands that the secrets of the Houses and its subsidiaries must remain exactly that, secret. Not to mention its none of our business anyways.
As Commander Greenson stated, the captain, crew and passengers of the offending OSC vessel have been arrested and are currently being questioned - No doubt you'll have a few customers asking for refunds once they're released. The captain and command crew will be detained for an undisclosed period of time and as such, will be unavailable for you to have a "talk" with.
More concerning information has come to light regarding OSC enlisting the help of an independent trader to ascertain classified Gallic intelligence. Its been hinted at that this information would've been later traded for the release of some OSC employees from incarceration. Obviously, you're well aware that if OSC was involved in such a scheme, it would be very poor judgement to pursue any kind of "information trade" any further.
I hope I'm being relatively clear regarding whats to be done on your end - That is, do nothing and your captain and crew will be released eventually. Any further arm-twisting, string-pulling or blackmailing will be frowned upon.

[Subject: Zone 21 Liner]
I had no intention of implying the Captain would be released any time soon, simply that we would talk to him when he was.
As for the Gallic intelligence? What brought that up? I honestly have no idea what you're talking about. Until recently I hadn't even known that the liner was -in- Zone 21 or went through it or whatever. Again I must be a bit incredulous, do you really believe a tourist company can acquire top secret intelligence on a foreign House -we don't even travel to-? And within a few days at that?
I'd be much happier knowing what 'information' this is that you speak of. Considering Orbital doesn't take to a habit of hiring independents least of all spies. We're a luxury company. We focus on life's pleasures, why would we waste money on something like that?
Now I must say Admiral Malrone, I understand an Orbital Liner was found in.. Alaska was it? And I have heard the accusation that it breached Zone 21. However I have yet to see proof that the Liner -did- indeed manage to breach Zone 21. I'd like to witness a miracle rather than simply hear of it.
In addition, there is the added accusation of blackmail when we have done nothing of the sort. Orbital has a vested interest in remaining on the good side of the Liberty Navy. However we will -not- be bullied around with accusations without evidence.
And finally, we would like our Liner back. It shouldn't take a very large crew to simply pilot the thing back to Liberty space where we can install our own crew.
The Navy'll be keeping any and all evidence of classified breaches under wraps - House security being our primary focus and all. However, you should know that the Zone-21 violation report was filed by a high-ranking Navy officer and the Gallic intelligence papers were uncovered by a similarly high-ranking police officer. As such, I doubt they're fabricating evidence to get attention or cause a stir.
Your liner will remain seized by the Liberty Navy for an indefinite period of time - Rest assured it will be released, as will its captain and crew.
