Members of the Rheinland High Command,
Today in the BAF HQ we received a very disturbing report about one of your battleships being encountered in system Leeds, causing some problems. The name of this ship is RNC-Sitzen. I hope you do realise that vessel of this class, found deep in Bretonia space, using jump drive technology with no permission, not giving answers to both BAF and BPA officers about its presence, disobeying to pay the fines for breaking several laws and retreating, again with a jump is all leading to a very serious accusations. Not to mention that ship was probably going to attack several Liberty warships, which are supporting us in the war with House Gallia.
Evidences as well as part of the log files can be found here: ####
Nevertheless, our both boards are fully aware that vessels of this class have no place in the space of the opposite House. I am informing you that the accused vessel - RNC-Sitzen, is considered as criminal in Bretonia space unless all the chargers are paid to the BPA and full explanation about his reasons to arrive in Leeds - are given. Also, if that vessel is been found again, sneaking in our space, we will use force to deal with it. Ofcourse the remains will be sent back to Rheinland for further investigation.
I hope we wont have to participate in the actions mentioned above, for they are considered as emergency if the vessel is spotted again.
I also hope your HQ will deal with this vessel as soon as possible and charge the captain for his crimes committed in House Bretonia.
I am waiting for your answer,
Sir Firmus Piett
Fleet Admiral of the Armed Forces

Admiral Piett,
The Kapitän of the RNC-Sitzen has appeared to have contracted the deadly virus known as "Harris Disease", which attacks brain neuropse connections and produces delusions and irrational acts. Unfortunately, we have been unable to contact or detain him for questioning and medical assistance. As such, we request that the captain and crew be detained if found within House Bretonia, to prevent damage to the ship, and offer the captain and crew the chance to get proper medical treatment. Of course, we understand if the ship threatens your health or the safety of Bretonian citizens, that you will use whatever means neccessary to defend yourselves.
The Rheinwehr Oberkommando would also like to put forth a formal apology for the incident. It is unfortunate that one of our Kapitäne has contracted this condition, even more so, now that Bretonia involuntarily got involved.
Hochachtungsvoll, Major Theodor Wilhelm Falk von und zu Sittlingen, Rheinwehr Hauptflotte.
