Hail Admiral,

I've been told by the Commissioners that you wished to see my report on the RNC-Sitzen's latest trip to Bretonia. Although he did pay his fines, the crime still took place and I'm sure the Rheinlanders will want to have a word with him too.

Lastly, DaPilla and I had an encounter with the Sitzen again. After leading us on a merry chase far out from the Leeds star, the ship eventually stopped. Claiming to be drunk and poor, he had still managed to convince his crew to fly a jump-capable battleship filled with MOX through the heart of Bretonia.

Eventually I was able to collect the fine before requesting the ship to jump back to Rheinland. I'll forward this report if the Admiralty wishes to follow it up.
