If there is a bounty on your head, with many attacking you

If you did suicide saying "suffered a self-inflicted catastrophic decompression" does the one saying a bounty claims it while many players are attacking you?

Its the bounty board operator's choice on that kind of thing. Generally speaking, if I have a screen shot that shows the suicide message and explosion, and I am the only ship in scanner range that can claim the bounty, then I claim it. If other hunters are in scanner range then you have to get the other hunters to say that they will not claim.
