First off, so people will stop PMing me in-game and going 'lolwut?', the LPI-Greedy.Donut is a Mammoth that's Universal ID'd/tagged that trades for the LPI, which is why it (and any escorts) are in Bretonia. I pay new people 20k for an escort (Starfliers, Patriots, Defenders, etc.) and then start teaching them about RP in group chat. I already have helped one person, who switched from Drails on his Defender to Starbeams when I explained about the RP behind guns and ships matching. :yahoo:
Second! The LPI-Rusty.Donut is fully armed and functional! That's right folks, there are no, and I mean zero Starbeam turrets! Why? Not only has Eppy told me that you can't mount fighter turrets on battleships this mod version, but I had no intention of having a ship that would just sit there. It still does just sit there, but it can sit there menacingly now. It can't jump (in-RP) because the structure is so old that it'd collapse, and the shopping mall would probably fall apart.
Third! For any of you that may have missed this STILL, we're all Liberators now, unless you do something that makes me kick you back to a Patriot (such as the LPI-attack-Malta fiasco...). Frozen not knowing this prompted me to add this in here.
Fourth, and this should be obvious, and I'm just saying this as your first warning: If I ever see any guns that aren't Vengeances or Debs, you have one chance to fly to the nearest base and drop them. If you don't, you're fired. Seriously. I don't care if you have to sell them on the far side of Liberty and hike to Illinois, you're gonna drop them then and there.

We're trying to promote a fighter friendly environment, the Rusty Donut is not for use against little stuff, its for beating up full scale incursions/OC dessies and then turning tail when it gets badly wounded.
I set up the Rusty Donut for Gunboat/Cruiser plinking, which basically means the pilot had better be a damn good shot with a Heavy Mortar. One to strip the shields, two to destroy the ship. Cruiser dead in twelve seconds. The rest are Liberty Secondaries, which, as any idiot can tell you, are the best turret in the game. Oh, and I threw on a single missile turret to help in Operation Blow the Supernova Off of the Bombers.

any player in a capship without even minimal armor upgrades is probably just a pvp whore who didnt have the patience to make two more trade runs to afford the armor. He deserves to get blown up.
I may be cheap, and I certainly wont spend several million for capship armor upgrades (not just because of the stupidly high cost, but also because they take up valuable cargo space, which despite flying a warship I still use for RP purposes).
Both my transport and destroyer fly with x2.5 MkVIII armor upgrades.
