have a small suggestion. But if we can not make aircraft carriers, as they should be - aircraft carriers, then let's give them a more accurate description. For example anti-aircraft battleships. Aimed at the destruction of enemy small ships. And all will rise into place.
And the definition of aircraft carriers will leave for later, when people read the real purpose in combat this type of ships, understand how they should work and what it should represent.
Spaceships, not aircraft. Also carriers arnt even very good against snubs, thats Gunboats. And not all carriers are even in the same style. Zoner carriers are the lightest, whereas Liberty carriers are heavier than their dreadnaughts.

The names of ship classes and sub-types in Discovery are not meant to be perfect reflections of their real-world counterparts (though they do draw from them as a modicum of inspiration).
Deal with it.
PS. Please stop with your incessant threads about Carriers.

This is not Vanilla Freelancer, this is not Starlancer, this is not the United States Navy.

Hmmmmmm... Doesn't sound quite right, does it? You did post this in the "General Discussions" section after all.
I'm going to second the fact that Discovery Freelancer ships do not match up perfectly with real life ship classes and therefore you should stop trying to make it that way.
