As stated in a previous transmission, I would contact the Council via secured private channels, well... here it is. I doubt an introduction is specifically needed in this regard as we've worked together in the past, and my reputation tends to precede me.
To catch you up-to-date. The 5th Suffolk Sabres were a Special Assignment and Deployment Squadron (S.A.D.S) that had a wide range of activities within Bretonia and behind enemy lines. We were recently forced to abandoned our posts due to complications with the Bretonian Admiralty Board. Our unit having been pulled from behind the enemy lines to assist in mundane tasks, and with a high among of protest that... the current board out rightly ignored.
Naturally, this caused discontent within the squadron and we were forced to abandoned our posts. Due to this... we're fugitives on the run with charges of treason and desertion. With that said... it's up to the Council if they wish to work jointly with us, as I know the political rammifications will be devastating to the Council should Bretonia find you're people are harboring Bretonian military fugitives.
For the mean time we're calling ourselves the Fifth Sabre Resistance, and I can assure you that our relatively small fleet is ready for immediate action against the Royalists. Both on the outskirts of Bretonian systems and within Gallia's region.
On a final note, if at all possible, I'd like to request permission to have a small camp established at a remote region on Planet Toulous for the 5th.
I would like to inform you that the Roussillon Battlegroup of The Council is ready to continue to hunt our common enemies alongside the 5th Suffolk Sabres within the Tau region. However, as you said yourself too, your reputation preceeds you. The Battlegroup is neither able to afford, nor willing to host the Sabres within the Roussillon system. We do not wish to risk harming our good relations with the House of Bretonia, I hope you understand this.
Sincerement,
Colonel Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Chef de Groupement tactique Roussillonnaise
Ambassadeur Du Conseil

To risk harming relations between close allies is political and military suicide and would be the last thing I'd want to happen during the course of this war, especially over something such as military fugitives.
Very well, I can respect the wishes of you and your people not to host us within the system. Either way, we will still provide our ships on the field within the Tau region, you've got my word on that.

I have to admit that the diplomacy concerns exposed by my fellow colonel are indeed reasonable, especially if we consider the proximity between Bretonia and Roussillon.
Nevertheless, my concerns are merely limited to what happens inside Gallia, as you probably figured by now. Unlike LaFlamme, I'm not really worried about the idea of having the Bretonian Admiralty knocking on our door here in Gallia just because my people have been cooperating with an alleged rogue squadron. Reason? Simple, this is Gallia: whatever happens here is only concern of the royalists or the Council.
Back to the main topic, should your assets have the intention to launch any operation inside the House, then you may use Chalons-en-Champagne station in Champagne as refueling spot for your vessels. As you might also remember from the last recon operation that your wing launched inside Gallia, bases such as Evron in Maine and Vichy in Auvergne will serve as supply depots too.
And never forget this: Cooperation is based on trust, do not repeat the same mistake as Colonials did. If you're plotting anything that would compromise our people, we will know. And consequences won't be any merciful.
