*cough* Actually, I believe its intended purpose is to stop people too scared to give a blue from going on infinitely. Maybe try and stay in a fight if you happen to be out of cloak fuel? I'm cool with lots of "the Gauls are cowards" RP though, just wish it didn't take so long.
