So last night I was trying to entice a friend of mine to enter Conn. with me for some PvP action when call came over the comm that a fighter was stuck in the dock at Fort Bush. I just happened to be there. Everyone tried explaining to him how to redock and undock again but he couldn't do it. I decided some extra action had to be taken to solve the problem so I said "This is going to hurt." and fired a few shots off destroying his ship and enabling him to undock again. Now before the sanctions come let me state for the record that I compensated him by refilling his bots and bats and even handed him 50k to make up for the cargo someone stole. Fun times.
Well... this might get you in trouble, but if I were in the place of the level 7, I would thank you for getting me unstuck. Best be careful with doing this in the future, though.
Then I don't think anyone should sanction you. If the under-leveled person agrees to be killed, then I would not consider that a breach in the spirit of the rules.
yeah, once a heavy lifter was stuck in the newark docking bay:
(i have no idea how he did that)
after a while of trying to get him out, we had him eject his cargo so i could blow him up. then we guarded his cargo until he came back.
EDIT: oh that didnt work, how do you post images?

I've got into the habit of using my thrusters everytime I launch doesnt always work though it's a timing thing but even the worst bases like ruiz and palermo usually only takes a couple of attempts at most.
there have been times where i have been stuck and i ask someone to ram my ship...thats before i found out that i should just dock.....alot of people died that day....it was kinda funny to watch everyone ram my Liner..i think there was about 7 starfleas...and one gunboat he/she didn't die just laugh and moved on
