Guten Abend meine Herren,
situation in Dresden system is bad, as you already are aware of that fact. If there is no possibility to receive any reinforcements from the front soon, we at least ask you to allow our pilots to be trained by your the best pilotage and combat instructors.
We believe that no one else than experienced aces of Hudson and Bering battlefields can teach our Security Division members how to effectively fight against enemy snubkraft. Please inform us will trainings be held in some real place chosen by Oberkommando, or should we just use C.OO.N-N/ECTI-CUT combat simulator.
Rheinland needs its the best sons alive and able to kill hessian terrorist easily; with grace even I would say. Und no one else than you Herren is better suited to teach that art these sons; defendors of our operations, people who keep Rheinland's economy running.

Herr Von-Geld,
I like your proposal and see mutual benefit for both the Piloten of your security wing as well as the Piloten of the Hauptflotte. You see, some of our newer Rekruten are still in need of additional training sessions, in which forces of the Daumann security division would be welcome to participate. These sessions are, of course, supervised by higher ranking veterans with combat experience both on the Liberty as well as on the homefront against revolutionary forces. While your Piloten might learn a few tricks from the veterans, our Rekruten get a chance to accumulate combat experience against ships that we normally do not train them to fight against as most of the basic training revolves around either fighting other 90-ARKM-N45s or vessels commonly used by our enemies. Furthermore a better trained corporate security force takes some weight of the shoulders of our own forces in the Omegas, which is, by all means, to be welcomed.
Hochachtungsvoll, Major Theodor Wilhelm Falk von und zu Sittlingen, Rheinwehr Hauptflotte.
