Is there a combat capable freighter that would be at least loosly suitable for Xenos? I was inspecting the ID and noticed that freighters were allowed aswell... so I thought to myself... why not*

Mammoth is a transport, which (if I recall correctly) is not allowed on their ID. The Homeworld freighter sold on the Battleship in O-15 would work well, as would the Dromedary. Everything else is fairly well connected to people Xenos are enemies with (which is admittedly a lot...).
One of the homeworlds ships... I think the Kushan freighter... has several slots for class 10 weapons in addition to a few turrets. Probably the best freighter-class vessel available for combat, though I dont know what factions are mentioned in it's infocard.
I don't think so...
The rogues and them don't get along too well.
Just stick with Liberty and generic civilian ships. They wouldn't fly anything except for those.
' Wrote:Camara is a Kusari ship I'm pretty sure, so no-go there.

Camara is nondescript I thought, sold on Planet Hamburg. Quite good freighter, useful for pirating, although the Kushan Freighter is a tank. Something like 8-10 Class 10 guns/Class 5 turrets, at least six of which can fire forward, and the powerplant to support energy-hungry weapons for a good while. I tested it in open-SP, with the locally available Barragers and it ruled. Imagine with codenames or *shiver* Black Widows.
The Camara is a civilian freighter sold on Hamburg.
The X Shuttle is a civilian freighter sold on New Tokyo.
The Kushan is a Zoner vessel sold on Shasta as well as an additional location in Rheinland.
The Rhino is sold on planet Manhattan in the New York system.
None of those vessels are traditionally available to a Xeno. So either one ducks his head long enough to acquire one before gathering the ID/Tag, or flies nothing.
