True story:

A person posted a problem.

Here is what I said:
Quote:Winn, I had the same problem a couple of days ago. Write to a moderator and they will take care of it.
- I think pretty much self explanatory on what to do, right?

---wroooooong---
Here is he writes to make it more clear Smile

Quote:I suggest writing to an admin instead. Gheis and Aura are good picks.

Same thing just in different colors. +1 to my message post, here it comes....

So people dont read what others posted, which somehow makes them post the same things?
Cool, I didnt think that human communication worked that way.

It's not always that your post was bad, or that the second poster failed to read. If a number of people are giving the same answer to a problem It might convince the OP to go ahead with the advice given. Not always a good thing though, especially if the advice turns out to be wrong.

Seems like the second posted had read it. First suggests moderator, second suggest Admin INSTEAD, pointing out the problem may be better handled by a admin.

seems like you are measuring the worthiness of a thread by the number of replies. Incorrect. just type a meaningless random selection of 'piracy nerf trader unfair rules' and you'll have more replies than the thoughts that win thread
