Your reputation certainly precedes you. I don't mean any offence but I must admit I choked on my Gallic Wine when I got your message. I had to take another look just be sure. I know of Reavers, I know Death travels with you, but I want to make it clear that under no circumstances do I want anybody killed.

Now with that out of the way your qualifications certainly meet the criteria. In fact, it might be a menial task for someone like you. To avoid any conflict of interests, I'd better briefly bring you up to speed on my situation and the task. I'll just give you read-only access to this channel and briefly summarize my problem:

I've made a complaint to the Kusari authorities in regards to that Hogosha base in front of Planet New Tokyo. They weren't exactly fond of my complaint, and threatened me with legal counter-actions. I thought it best to have all bases covered, so I need someone with the right skill and knowledge to gather information on Hogosha illicit activities. It could be anything from Bar Rumours to documentation of smuggling or actual piracy. As much information as possible to build my case and get me free of the charges the Kusari authorities are threatening me with.

I had imagined hiring an investigator who can go places a trader like me can't go, and installing him or her with a purse of credits to reward possible informants - traders witness all kinds of acts without reporting these incidents, and I am sure someone out there have proof of Hogosha smuggling and pirating in the Tau's. It has happened to me personally, but sadly I didn't collect evidence. However someone of your talent might be able to collect evidence first hand. Perhaps it is better if I am kept out of the loop on how you get the information...

Sorry for my late reply, I have been awaiting the next move from the Kusari authorities. I don't think they've made up their minds yet if they are going to press those charges against me. But you and I might as well get started.

You can expect full confidentiality from me, much like I expect full confidentially from you. I get the impression that this is a sensitive topic for the Kusari authorities, and it might be dangerous for you and me both. It is probably best you don't give me too much information about your methods and sources either.

I am merely a trader, so I don't have an excessive fortune to offer you. I was thinking about setting up a shared account with 10-15 million credits in it you can use to reward informants and so on. For your payment I imagined a 10 million fee, and then a bonus of 5 million if you can provide information to clearly demonstrate that this Hogosha organization have done shady business, and that I can't be hold accountable for slander by those statements I made previously. If you are succesful in even gathering enough evidence to force the Kusari authorities to have Hogosha point those weapon platforms away from the trade lanes and innocent traders, I will pay out another bonus of 15 million plus whatever I can make other traders chip in. How does that sound?
