Look for any non-combat or pvp game in a store and check if you can play it online.
Though most games are online because it allows players to go against each other. Instead of playing against predictable AI you can play against a real person.
That said, there are plenty of online RPGs out there that you could play without fighting etc. Hell even WoW can be played without combat (Someone reached level 70 without getting any combat experience points. How? Fishing rod. They attacked things with a fishing rod.)
Online RPGs are mostly MMORPGs and all of them have combat in them. Infact most revolve around said combat, whether it be to level up etc.
My brains not really switched on yet today but the only online "game" I can think of that doesn't have combat of any sort is probably second life. Not really a game though honestly It's not really my thing but I did install it once out of pure curiousity.
