Hey guys.
I just made 2 new Characters. I am suffering the same problem with both of them, the other 2 Chars are working fine.
One Char is a CSV which i just created and Corsair repped. It is now located in O-41 and as soon as I log in into it, i get kicked... It's like a heavy lag and then the "connection Lost whatever" banner pops up...
I thought "okay, just make a new Account". Now with the new Ship on the Account (Corsair Legate) I flew to O-94 to get some guns etc. When I undocked Syrus Shipyard (If I remember correctly) I get instantly lagkicked (just like the other Account). I would really appreciate some help by admins, since I can't do anything with those chars. the CSV isn't the big problem, I am more pissed off about the Legate.
Acc name of CSV: New.haven
Acc name of Legate: old.haven
Hope an Admin can give me a hand on this and work something out

//edit: okay, now i am logged in on the legate char, and can fly.. seems like it always happens if i enter fast travel mode... cruise mode it is, right?
But now I can't dock at JH without getting kicked.. and after that kick i can't login for quite some time, because acc is in use =/
///edit of edit: Erm, somehow I managed to dock at the jump hole and got to gamma.. now as soon as I click on anything... planet, mooring bay.. station. whatever... this lagkick error whatever occurs... =S

Basically, whenever you log on, anticheat checks your install for modifications that are present. Our anticheat, for whatever reason, cannot complete these checks, and so you get kicked. The behavior you're seeing, I figure, is due to server lag.
You can first try a reinstall and see if that helps, for, as Cannon indicated, it could be an unusual install issue.
Past that, if you wouldn't mind providing some information about your system, OS, ISP, and maybe connection speed, that might help us further diagnose the issue.
Also, if you could send us what you're seeing as your ping to our server, that'd be fantastic.

Hey Gheis, first of all thanks for your quick reply!
What bothers me is the fact, that all other chars (Transporter 'Heron' or Eagle) are working absolutely fine without any trouble. Only the Legate and the other char (csv) are having these problems. So I don't know if it is anti-cheat or something.
I already had the same problems half a year ago. Then I didn't play for a long time and it worked fine after I paused.. no change on my system or ISP, or whatever. It mostly happens on Battleships (csv is an exception).
So my information about hardware etc:
I am running a windows 7 PC with an i5 2,3 core, 8 GB ram, aaaand a buttload of HDD :-)
My ISP (I hope I got that right) is O2(Alice) in Germany, and it is about 6000 kb/s bandwidth.. (Hopefully I got that right )
I just reinstalled Windows on this one and there is also no firewall, no antivirus or hamachi blocking anything. I also turned off the Windows Firewall. My Router also doesnt have a firewall and there are no blocked ports or anything like this.
Like I said, it seems to be strange, that other chars are working wonderful, but only the legate and the csv are causing these crashes..
About your request for a picture: It's like I am still connected. I can see what people are writing, I receive death-messages etc with the only fact, that I can't write/dock or take any action and after about 10-15 seconds I get kicked. sometimes I can fly around, but only if i don't click on any Item, like a planet, ship or whatever. Then there are times, I get this instant"lag"?
It's quite hard to describe
And just out of excitement: I installed Freelancer, then Discovery 4.86... nothing else. Am I doing it right?

edit: Here maybe another interesting fact: When I login into my Legate Char... I don't get kicked.. if I wait for a couple of minutes, I can start flying around and klick on objects.. Now, after about 5 minutes.... I fly to Planet Crete, take a mission and undock.. I fly next to the mission waypoint and Bang! 7k in front of the Waypoint I get the Lag symbol and can't do anything.. But, the ship continues flying next to the waypoint and the mission pops up and enemies are spawning and shooting me. (shield goes down) but on my screen, I am still 7k away from the Waypoint.
