Greeting mister Crow,

The funniest thing happened to me today. Drifting about in a pod again for a change. However how this happened was what intrigued me and probably also you mister Crow.

Today I ran into a Rogue bomber group known as the Torpedoes, you might've heard of them, they were accompanied by a little pirate bomber as well some random person. They were all sitting at the edge of the Jersey Debris field. By chance one fired a set of torpedoes at me while I was observing them. And when the police came in to deal with them they all turned tail without a word and ran to Rochester where they docked besides one that sprayed torpedoes and rockets in the vicinity of your base. Those explosions caught me and him, hence why I was in a pod.

No harm done as the ejection pod performed excellent. But I'm sure you know what I'm trying to say here and I think I can trust you that this matter is dealt with as well. Rogues and Pirates using Rochester to run to and supply from, can't have that around here.

Again, I hope that this matter is dealt with swiftly,

Greeting Barret,

Good to hear you're on the case straight away, it shows that can trust you to deal with this matter accordingly. However to make this clear, if these guys are using your base to evade the law it is not unlikely for me to think that anyone affiliated with them might as well be using your 'home' as a save haven. This means that any of the people affiliated with these criminals are also to be dealt with. This would mean that anyone with the [P] in their transponder and those that claim they are part of the group Torpedoes.
