VOLGOGRAD INDUSTRIAL
Salutations!
"Greetings from the People's Republic of the Sirius Coalition, I am Chairman Rykov, I am entrusted by the State Duma to organize the state's economic ties and ensure that Volgograd Industrial, the heart of the Coalition's economic power, continues to provide top quality goods and services for her people and those outside the Coalition who have an open mind.
The Coalition and the Council have met before on several occasions in the past, it was the Council that alerted that even we here in the Omega Systems are under a grave threat by the Kingdom of Gallia, as such with the invasion of the Kingdom of Bretonia the State Duma declared a state of warfare between the Kingdom of Gallia and the People's Republic of the Sirius Coalition.
The Coalition however is in need of materials from outside it's borders in order to efficiently wage war against the Royalists, we have heard only good things about the Council, despite your rather overzealous friends in the Maquis, we know the Council is only concerned with protecting the liberties of it's people and ensuring that Gallia becomes a free nation unmolested by a mad king's greed.
The Coalition would thus like to extend the offer of opening up trade relations with the Council through Volgograd Industrial to ensure economic strength in the face of Gallia's might.

Colonel Giroux speaking,
As the maximum authority over the Council forces within Gallia's borders, and while my fellow comrades leading the Sirius-side battalions are presumably monitoring this channel, I shall request from you a more elaborated explanation concerning your resources-acquisitionn plan.
Don't get me wrong if I'm getting straight to the point so soon, but we have been eventually reminded that our kind preserves its Alliance's roots, making the Coalition one of the matters that along the Royalist menace should be treated carefully.

"Your caution towards the Coalition is understandable as our ancestors have a rather...Colourful history due to the War of Sol and it's implications, But all we ask is that you keep an open mind for the duration of our conversation and decide yourselves the course of action you should take.
Many of our factories are run mostly through manual labour of hand, making it an inefficient form of production that the Sirius Coalition finds distasteful but having no other options due to our limited robotics being required elsewhere to prevent all production of Basic Consumer Goods and War Material to be used against the threats facing our People's Republic from being slowed to a halt. The Coalition thus is mostly interested in acquiring more Robotic Components so that production lines can be made to be more efficient and freeing up more citizens to our agricultural projects as well as allow those who wish to volunteer for both the Militia Fleet and the Revolutionary Army to be able to do so without leaving their positions void.
The Coalition however does not want to take something without offering something in return, your people are new to Sirius, as such you have only limited exposure to our bacteria and viral infections, in the old days one could only acquire medicine from Cryer Pharmaceuticals whose prices in the Houses and areas of need were 'jacked up' to increase their profits to the cost of the livelihood of the citizens that required their medicines to live. The Coalition's Biochemists and other specialists being un-restrained by Cryer's licenses of Monopoly cracked their hold on a basic requirement of life and have produced it's own medicines and vaccines to counter their greed. The Coalition would thus offer to ship several tonnes of Medicine to the base/world of your choice in exchange for Robtotic Components so that we may both prosper. The Coalition is not interested in War Material as our armaments wouldn't be compatible and we produce our own.
All the Coalition asks is consideration of this request, we will fight the Kingdom of Gallia regardless, however on the homefront your goods would make it easier for our people to do so on the battlefield."

If you are seeking Robotic components, I think you have contacted the wrong people. The manufacturing process of these elements in Gallia is strictly controlled by EFL and Solar Engineering, both companies which are also strictly loyal to the Crown.
Same deal with your humble offer, we have had Sirian allies supplying us to cover our basic necessities ever since the Languedoc forces carried on with the exodus into Sirius. Reliable people, so far.
