Hey everyone. So I just started my first mining build with the ship arrastra and I'm having a bit of an issue with collecting ore. I have two mining turrets and am in the good books with Bmm and have a BMM mining id. Even with all this I am still unable to collect any ore. If anyone how to remedy this It would be greatly appreciated.
Ore goes right to your cargo hold, it doesn't spawn in space like in original freelancer, maybe just check your cargo?
Edit:
If you select other ship, ore will be transferred right to its hold, but this works with mining ships only, e.g. Arrastra, Hegemon, Annapurna. This doesn't work with normal ships, for example if you start as new player in Pennsylvania, you cannot mine directly to transport's hold as rhino shooting helium, you need to drop cargo to space, once your cargo hold is full.

You are likely not in a mining zone. Select the 2 hammers above the map. You will see darker yellow circles. That's where you can mine ore. Hardly any/none drop in other regions. The fields are normally also marked by NPC Hegemons sitting there.
