Coalition Missions Board Bugged

In Omega-52 I was trying to get some missions to run for Coalition but whenever I hit the board it says that there are too many players accessing the board and to come back later. I relogged a few times and its still there, at every coalition station. And yes I have maxed Coalition rep.

I'm assuming this is a bug but I dont know how to fix it.

That is the standard mission where there are no missions offered for that faction in the area. Most guard systems and non-vanilla factions have this 'problem'.

The Coalition in .86 has no missions, this might change in .87 with the easing of access to others and make it an option for those so inclined to 'rep' their ships without using an Coalition ID from Boa to Rephack.
