Good morning my dear ladies and gentlemen:

Today, a few hours ago, I have been assaulted and destroyed in the New Berlin system by a subject who was piloting a cargo ship Brigand, L'Ane class. He was carrying Gallic Junker ID. The name of the ship in question is Manticore, and the name of his Captain ends in something that sounds like Carrick, or Carrock, or something similar.

I was carrying a cargo of Niobium Ore, freshly mined from the asteroid field of Leeds, with a value of 11 million Sirius Credits, to sell it in Planet New Berlin.

The pirate ordered me to throw the charge. As you will understand, I can't do that, because I would be fired by the company that I work for, so I had to defend myself on my own, but clearly lost that battle and was destroyed.

I must emphasize at the ABSOLUTE lack of police presence in the system, or in any of the nearby, at the time of the robbery and attempt of murder of myself and my crew. In fact seven of my men are still missing and probably dead.

Unfortunately for me, I can not prove any of this, since the black box of my ship was destroyed at the time of the final explosion. Therefore I can not demand anything, and you can not even believe what I am saying.

The only thing that I pray, is more police presence in the area, because it is currently impossible to make a fairly efficient job, being robbed and destroyed every time that one comes into Rheinland territory.

I know that police work is hard, ladies and gentlemen, and of course I do not pretend to tell you how to do it, but I beg you to do something with this terrible problem, or we, the honest traders, we will finish finding less dangerous places to go to sell our commodities.

Pilot.

Your notion on such is already known, as in such we are working to finish this Gallic Junker problem once and for all.

I personally have grown sick and tired of seeing such vessels of Gallic nature act high and mighty in places they do not belong, only to commit acts like a Hessian.

We already have enough problems within our department in such. And I will agree we do not have enough officers at all times to be on patrol.

However if you have knowledge of anyone who wishes to assist us in this matter. Then by all means. Show them to our doors and we shall get to work.
