Hey everyone. I'm not seeing any restrictions on the wiki, they don't mention hell fire tends to not sell it or it tech, so is it possible for a bounty hunter to own and pilot one of the arbiters? If so would it require me to make a SRP here on the forum? Or is the tech not open for other factions and groups? Thanks any help is much appreciated.
No. There is no way for a Bounty Hunter to acquire an Arbiter, short of a SRP, which will not succeed because they're nigh on impossible to get inrp anyway.
You're better off sticking with the BHG Core's Capital Ships... or asking a House Navy for one of theirs, really, really nicely.

Well that Disheartening it looks to be a good looking well equipped ship. Would have been nice.
I realize it would need a little time to make up a worth while story behind it all. I read the wiki but in the descriptions of ships it barely ever gives ownership restriction information. Which is why I'm asking on here. The thing is though why else would I want to own such a ship? I don't see see a point in owning a ship you don't like the look of or load out of. I understand there needs to be restrictions on certain ships but wouldn't such a small faction want to sell tech like this to further their cause through finance?

Even if the Hellfire Legion had enough Arbiters to sell (which it doesn't because all of the Legion's manufacturing capabilities are devoted towards keeping what we have already operational), and if we had the inclination to sell one, the Bounty Hunters Guild would be the second last group of people that we'd sell to.
Seriously. The Legion is at war with the Guild.
Now that's from a Roleplay perspective... from a rules perspective, technically you are permitted to use an Arbiter with a Bounty Hunters Guild Core ID, provided you can acquire the ship legitimately and without utilising any exploits (given the only sale point is solely accessible to accepted members of the Legion, you'll find that challenging). However, you will suffer from a power core reduction down to a mere 10%, rendering the ship totally ineffective in combat... and given it's one of the biggest Battleships in the mod, it's not very fun to fly through an asteroid field.
To be freed from the limitations of Tech Compatibility, you will need a successful SRP request; as outlined above, justifiable roleplay will be practically impossible to pursue.
I see so unless a SPR request is accepted the ship would be useless. I need a ship that deals mainly in combat i've been a miner trader since I started and it's getting boring. I want to branch out and try combat and rp a little more, How much work does it take to get me into a position within hellfire do pilot such a ship?

Honestly? Years. As he said though, they don't have any spare.
Try a gunboat if you're only just trying combat, as it's the easiest ship to use. After that, have a crack at a fighter, they take longer to master, but are much more rewarding.
