I regret that I come before you today to inform you that our House has been pilfered by a captain we let in to do a very basic and essential work. A work to clean up and restore our House. This captain and his crew have instead abused the trust granted to him to clean out our valuable mineral deposits. To what do I refer? Let me quote the relevant portion of Law.

Additionally, vessels belonging to ALG Waste Disposal may only transport scrap metal, toxic waste and HazMat canisters within the house of Liberty

Sadly senors, the captain of the ALG vessel known as <[RT]-DukeHauling> was more than willing to haul Platinum Ore instead. I know not whether he bribed, extorted, or covertly acquired the ore, but he was certainly not keen on being seen with it. As a loyal citizen of Liberty, one who adheres to our law and our way of life, I cannot let this hombre make away like a bandit. I present my evidence, taken near the Jump Gate to the California system in Ontario, and request that you who are in charge of such matters deal with it appropriately.
