She lets out a sigh of relief when the camera fee starts transmitting.
"Hallo Annora,
Ich do not expect a reply back, or any time soon, from your transmission. Ich sense the lack of time, and you have my support und love. You made an old woman happy, seeing you are still alive and kicking."
"Perhaps not long from now we can work together, perhaps with those allies you spoke of from my Vaterland. Und it's not a matter of the Gaians being able to help us, but what could ALG, or perhaps me personally can do for the Gaians, in my opinion."
This is a very old channel-- I found it when cleaning through the clutter of black boxes and old data drives left over from the Two Headed Dog (a base that has since fallen into Gallic hands). I don't know if it still works, but I wanted to give it a try.
*squints into the camera*
I found the contents of this particular drive interesting, because the thoughts expressed on the comm transmissions mirror my own very closely. Much of the old guard has died off and we Gaians are poorer for it, but I must do my best to hoist the standard aloft and march on.
*clears his throat*
So, the main point of my transmission is to confirm that we, the new caretakers of the Gaian movement, will pledge ourselves to the same commitment as our predecessor, Annora Ash, namely: "We will not attack ALG vessels in any sense, including piracy. We will also attempt to protect your vessels so long as you are in Bretonia."
Please understand that we hold ALG in the highest regard-- your work is beneficial to the Goddess Mother-- and though are numbers are small, we will help in any way possible.
