Konnichiwa! This is Lee Yakamoto, from Kishiro Technologies ( Branch ), We have constructed a base near Kishiro stationary base "Shinigawa" within 1km apart, We have done so after we have concluded it is legal, but it turns out that it is not.
We wish to ask a special permission to hold the base in its current position, as creating a new station is well above the budget finance of Kishiro.
We understand it crosses Section 8.2 - Codex Docu - and it was never our inention to do so, as a respected faction in the kusari republic we are doing for the welfare and prosperity of the kusarian people.
The station have already opened and access to Kusary authorites has been set.
Kusarian Police officers have already landed and inspected our base, and it holds no security threat what so ever.
We want to avoid further misunderstandings and clear this matter as quickly as possible, We look forward for you'r approval and further information in this regard.
