Multiplayer Probs.....Please Help!

My multiplayer for ~FL~ seems to have crashed and burned.
I haven't been able to do anything to get it running again.
Any help would be great (suggestions....answers!)
Note i'm not exactly the smartest when it comes to computers so simple instructions would be great!

If you have Vista, go check here.

If its a problem of connecting to the server, go here.

If your problem isnt there, make sure you have freelancer, freelancer mod manager, and the discovery mod installed.
