Lost account due to my Launchpad fail

Hello world,

I pretty much screwed up my handling of the launchpad. Forgot to save my new account and now I cannot get it to work. Both my charakters gone are a Freelancer named Joe_Carter (whom I really don't care about) and a DHC-tagged guy named DHC-Michael.Hartmann, with an Arrastra and about 12m credits. (This should prove, it's really my char)

Is there any possibility to transfer this character to a new account or at least get the name free once again?
