Hello, my Account had lost ... my windows had crashed .. i nedded to change this...after the game installation, the acc. was lost. Please help me to get back.

i`d do a new char with new acc..N\A. i hope it can be solved...

You should know by now that the Admins would rather you post here and that the "pm an admin" advice isn't the best. They have asked repeatedly that we be patient and post here. See this thread, which is just above, but incase you didn't bother looking.
