So, since the indie ID was released, but server is down for days, assume if server is up, how do I join the K'Hara? Do I need to serve as a trial one for a period of time or do I have to do something? I really dont know what to do when trying to join K'Hara, but you need RP of nomad.

However, once you're in, you've got to collect and upload your RP logs with your morph. Which then will be rewarded with points. I guess you need 100 points to reach 'Stage 2' where you'll be allowed to use guns. Then after a while you'll be considered 'trial K'Hara' being allowed to use the tag and fly their snubs. One month later you might be a full member.
I am the person who oversees recruitment nowdays, what everyone above has said is pretty much true. You have to get roleplay logs showing that you can actually talk like a nomad instead of just flying around with the extended ID powers on the K'hara.
Recruitment is actually full at the moment. We have hit our 20 people that we process at a time. As soon as some people either 1) Pass, 2) Fail or 3) Ragequit because they are lazy and dont want to get logs, then you can be added to the recruitment program.
