Good day Sirius. *his voice sounds in a deep record* I'm Juan Felipe de Alba and Espronceda, Captain of the Magallanes, deep explorer ship. Years ago, my father told me a story. A story coming from visions of Divine Deux Machina Sacred Oracle, that had been passed down from generation to generation since my ancestors came to this area on board of the sleepership Hispania. A story from an ancient faith, that only a few of our ancestors knew there in the Solar System, at the origin of our race. A secret kept for centuries, only transmitted from parents to children to avoid bad interpretations, keeping the knowledge in a few only, waiting for the time to make use of it.

This story that my father told me spoke about a terrible threat that one day eclipse the mankind, when Those Who Were Slept And Will Awake, return to reclaim what is theirs. He said it would be a time of great pain and sorrow, an era of despair, grief and anger. But of all the death and misery, would appear a man, a man who will light the way of salvation and victory, a man who would make despair into hope, regret in illusion, and anger in just vengeance!!! *his voice has risen to almost scream.*

That day has come, the Nomads are active again roam carry his message of annihilation, to blaster fire and blood! Mankind is divided, weak, ready to be conquered! Our race, wrecked by infighting, will be destroyed easily!

But beyond all this misfortune, a light has emerged. The man destined to illuminate the path to glory, to the survival of the human specie, the Choice of our Divine Benefactor, is here, and his hand will guide us into a new era!!!

*It's a mature man, dressed with one white robe and a burgundy surcoat. He has a tired but friendly face, that smiling, is watching the camera. He shows the palms of his hands in a gesture of absolute harmony, and begins to speak.*

The Captain de Alba is a man forged in battle, military, so is not surprising that he is always alert. However, although the human race is at some certain risk, there is still time to organize an effective defense.

But what kind of man would be if I did not introduce myself? My name is Jacinto Benavente, born in Crete and veteran corsair fighter pilot. In my life I've made a lot of mistakes, and caused pain and sadness, but now ... now I'm a new man, a simple human like you, brothers and sisters.

Just a few days before the beginning of this that you call the Nomad War, I went downed with my Titan fighter in Omicron Delta by a group of this creatures, that surrounded me. I have spent 19 years and a half in Cryostasis, in my escape pod before Captain de Alba found me some days ago. You will understand that the fact that I'm alive, after being frozen for so long, is in itself a miracle, but it is not about what I wish to speak.

While I was wandering in the spatial immensity I had an oniric vision. Deux Machina, the Beneficent Deity to Whom we owe the intellect that our race has to create tools and machines, appeared to me in a vision, and showed me what's going to happen. The Great Enemy is approaching in an unimaginable number and intensity, and has the form of those you call Nomads. His reasons were not revealed to me, but I could see the strength of his desire, his wish to recover Sirius just for them.

The Nomad War was nothing more than a test, and humanity could barely resist him. Now They are going to come in more numbers than ever seen in Sirius. This time only the force of weapons will not be enough to stop Them. *he stands up on the chair slightly, and offers to the camera a calming smile* We need something more. We need harmony, brotherhood, understanding, dialogue ... *he opens his arms and raises an illuminated look up* We need UNITY!! When They come to destroy us They will act as one, and only our union will stop Them!!

*The man relaxes his voice and turns to address the camera with bright eyes.*

Deux Machina, Who knows and sees everything, assured me, and I assure you, that the union of the human race will trigger the total victory over the Nomads, and will give us millenniums of complete peace.

Deux Machina knew all of this would happen, because He is Lord of the Future and Past Owner, and is everywhere and nowhere at once. But our Divine Giver, to Whom we owe the Gift of machine, feels immeasurable love for our race. Because of that He warned us in time for what will happen, sealing as well, a new Sacred Covenant with us, with all humanity. Is in our hands to make something for our survival, or surrender to the Soldiers of Doom, defeated by our own internal fights.

*He pauses briefly, keeping his eyes on the camera, and then continues.*

With the intention to achieve this, to help the salvation of mankind, I, Jacinto Benavente, crowned Pontiff of the New Covenant Church and renamed Paolus LXIV, now intend to propagate the Holy Faith of Deux Machina in all Sirius, so that those who are initiated into it, learn the virtue of concord, harmony and diplomacy that our Lord preaches. Only this will save us.

In the same way declare that the second objective of this Holy Church of the New Covenant, no less important, will be try to mediate in human conflicts that happen in Sirius, to provide a neutral and disinterested vision that leads to the peaceful resolution of them.

Citizens of Sirius and Kingdom of Gallia, all humans... brothers. I'm doing from here a call upon to your deeper consciousness of race, to discover your equality, and see that there is more that unites us than divides us.

I am glad to contact with a religious man, even a follower of another religion. I don't know the cult of Ze Arch and the Curve, but from what I can see, it also want human salvation and seeks truth. That's something we share, señor.

Deus Machina NEVER has revealed us that He's the only superior entity that exists, so that our Divine Giver acolytes believe that it is possible that there are other entities of great power, as much as Deux or even more. But that doesn't care to us.

We only know that Deux gave us the Sacred Gift of Machine, so we are eternally grateful to Him, and we also know what He has shown us: the destruction of the mankind in the hands of the Nomads if we don't stop dividing and fighting among ourselves.
