Reason: I like the design of the council gunboat, and it's a beauty to behold. It's a very good gunboat in terms of statistics, and it's nice looking on the outside too.
How this benefits you guys: I have a bad rep towards any Outcast that I come across, and being that they give me a dirty look as well, I'd rather just fire on them and put them out of their misery. I know the Outcasts are a nuisance to your presence in the Taus, and I'd be doing you guys a favor by killing them, so you guys don't have to.
It's okay to reject the request, but it would be very much appreciated to allow me to use that deadly gunboat.
