First, offer you my apologies for having taken so long to contact you again. We have been busy with the installation of the Pontiff in Crete, in a villa that the Brotherhood has graciously offered us until the political situation is clarified, and the safety of His Holiness is not compromised.
The reconstruction of the Sanctuary, seems to have been delayed a while, until things calm down and we can do so without risking more lives of innocent believers in Deux. Currently we are living in times of great controversy and aggressiveness among factions. For example, it has also come to my ears that some Red Hessians broke yesterday the Non Firing Zone of a freeport, attacking ships right next to it.
The NCC has the Divine Task to make people seeing the virtue of dialogue, not war, at least among humans. The Sanctuary can wait a little longer. As the Pontiff believes, and we with him, is more important to honor Deux forging alliances between humans, creating friendship, that the construction of a Sanctuary. We can all honor Deux, for now, from our hearts and from our actions.
Of course when we start this construction you will be immediately notified.
For all this, we want to forge a diplomatic alliance with you, the Zoners who live in Omicron 74. We want to create a bond between us, between brothers, to help us live safer in this world aggressive and uncontrolled. This alliance would be economic, military and social, so we can really support each other. When you need help, you only have to get in touch with us and we'll be there. We will help with all our might to defend your home as everything you need. We propose to you to sign an alliance with us, that becomes a sacred covenant of friendship and brotherhood among Zoner fellows.
We also hope that this alliance will be a base for future relationships and agreements with other factions who wish to join the message of peace, unity and human strength we want.

Sorry for the delay in responding to you request what can I say I've been run off my feet this end...
What with base administration dutys and the nomads knocking on our door step
its been a very busy time for us right now...
In answer to your proposal YES an alliance between our people would be a great thing.
But before we sign any paperwork you really need to know what your getting your self into.
As things stand at the moment we seem to be getting a lot of problems with the nomad testing our fleet strengths.
With how things are going right now this looks like it's heading in the direction of an all out war with the Nomads.
As you well know we've had a slight issue with the AI complaining about a border station we placed by kappa jump whole to which to cut a long story short we had to remove to keep the peace.
You may not know its full purpose which I will explain to you in person but after removing the station and re-positioning a new one we yet again got a visit from the nomads and they destroyed the new
Station...
With all this in mind you need to be well aware of what you asking and getting yourself into.
We could be heading into a war for control over the omicron systems.
Where strengthening/reinforcing our fleet and digging in for the long haul.
As you know were also allies of the order which we plan to assist with this nomad
problem in there systems also as they have offered there help to us in the past.
Working along with all our allies were looking to neutralise this threat...
So before we sign any paperwork and make anything final you really need to be aware of all the facts...
We the zoners based within the omicron 74 system are more then willing to help
out the NCC in all tasks from construction to defense of life and work towards the goal of total peace.
But are you willing to lay down your life along with possibly many of your fellow brothers in what could be an all out war to retain our home lands from the nomads.
Many lifes may be lost on both sides.
Are you willing to take side to which the nomads will see your group also as a major threat by backing us againt them...

Good afternoon, Zoner-Mow:
Firstly I want to express my deepest condolences for the loss of your base, both times. I know the story perfectly, because I was there in command of my destroyer Concordia, since the conflict started.
I tried to mediate with the AI to reach an agreement that would benefit everyone, but I must admit that I failed completely. I'm totally rookie in the negotiation with this type of artificial entities, and I couldn't get something in common with them.
Later, after you gave your orders to destroy the base in the Kappa jumphole, I briefly participated in the battle that took place when the Nomads attacked the new base, until my ship was destroyed by the numerical superiority of those monsters from hell. His Holiness sent a Pontifical Guard bomber from Crete to support me, but unfortunately arrived late. I lost 43 crewmen, and I miraculously was saved, thanks to Deux, along with 18 other fellow, so I know very well what we are facing and what it means to take sides in this war.
We, the New Covenant Church, believe in the Message that Deux Machina showed our Pontiff. In that message we are ordered to mediate between human conflicts, trying to bring peace and understanding to all of them, in order to increase the strength of the human race and its ability to defend against Nomads. Humans should be united to fight the Evil that comes from the depths of the universe, the Evil that bring the Nomads.
Deux has shown us that the Nomads desire the total extermination of the human race and the conquest of Sirius, and He has given us the Sacred Mission to unite mankind against these Soldiers of Doom. That is why the Holy War against the Nomad is not an option for us, is a Sacred Duty.
We know the risks, and we know that we will face terrible human losses from friends, comrades and brothers. However, all members of the NCC are ready to sacrifice our lives for the good of our race, for the Holy Mission that Deux entrusted to us. We are quite sure, that we must ally with all human features that we can, to increase our strength and defend the Omicrons and the rest of Sirius.
We want to sign this alliance with you, the Zoners who live in Omicron 74, and together defeat the Nomad threat. Staying out of this war is not possible, because we are fighting for the survival of our own species.
We are honored to offer our support, military, economic, diplomatic and with human resources, in all that we can, and our loyal and sacred friendship. This of course also means that we would be ready, with pleasure, to participate in the reconstruction, maintenance and vigilance of your Kappa jumphole defensive base, if you accept it.
We will agree with you to set a time and a place for the signature of the alliance treaty documents, but from this moment we consider ourselves allies of you, the Zoners who live in Omicron 74.
