Subject Name: Known by the title "Visas" - possibly a given name related to her status. True name unknown Subject Age: Unknown. The name "Visas" dates back over two centuries. Possibly a title carried by cult leaders, or a single person given increased lifespan due to the effects of cardamine. Subject Gender: Female Subject Affiliation: Outcast. Head of the organization known as the "sisters of the light" - cult profile listed below.
Visas is the leader of a small but powerful outcast group dedicated to enlightening others to the "lightbringers". It is widely known that outcasts see the Nomads (<<<Retrieving database term... Slomon K'hara>>>) as holy spirits and caretakers of the dead.
<<<Off record information, withdrawn from the malta database>>> Visas was born blind, her eyes solid white. She began using cardamine at an extremely young age as a medical treatment - it was unknown if the cardamine would cure her sight, but no other treatment was available at the time. Over several years and constant exposure to cardamine vapor, Visas developed a 'sixth sense' that replaced her vision. This genetic mutation allows visas to sense all those around her and it is rumored that she has developed a minor form of telepathy. No further data on the subject is available at this time.
The cultist group lead by Visas - calling itself the "sisterhood of the light" - is an all-female group with close ties to the golden chrysanthemums. They lead a holy war and crusade against all who would consider the 'spirits' aliens or otherwise non-religious dieties.
Visas, along with the sisters of the light, are known to be exceptionally brutal to those they encounter. Any who do not immediately bow down to the 'spirits' are considered unworthy of their own lifes, and subsequently slaughtered. No death given by the sisterhood is quick, however - death given out by the group comes in the very slow, very painful form of torture using a number of alien artifacts which induce pain, hemorrhaging, cellular degeneration, and rapid dehydration.
The sisters of the light are the primary custodians of the dead amongst outcast ranks. They keep a close watch over the omicron 90 jump hole and the surrounding 'graveyard' of outcast ships that have been handed over to the spirits of the light. Ever so slowly, these ships are pulled into the gravitational well of the jump hole and through to omicron 90, where they break apart and are consumed by the sun of the system.
Visas, as well as all other sisterhood members, fly the outcast falcata-class bombers - regarding these powerful ships as the broadswords of their crusade. They are also quite fond of the outcast inferno cannon, and it's symbolic effects of "purging by fire". Common tactics include using these weapons to disrupt the shields of enemy vessels, then using standard outcast cannons and mines to blast ruptures in the hull of the target ship - leaving it's occupants flying into open space.
The sisters of the light wear blood-red robes as standard attire. It is rumored that they wear red in order to hide the blood stains of their tortured victims.
No insurgent ever encountered by a sister of the light has escaped alive, though reconnaissance photographs have been recovered. Uploading images now:

Visas, and the Sisters of the Light, are to be considered extremely dangerous and avoided at all costs. Unlike other outcast groups, the cult has an agenda and always announces it's presence quite clearly upon entering a system designated for purification.
//feel free to comment if you like. I've only had a day to play the character in-game but so far it's been pretty fun...
//It's odd, In real life I absolutely despise religious fanatics, but it's kinda cool to play one, going on a blind crusade... had a nice chat in alpha with an order character today about it, but we never caught him.

***De-Classified Video Feed*** <<<Message attachment: This video recording is from an eye implant given to one of our spies attempting to gain information on the Sisters of the Light. During his mission, the operative was captured by the cultist leader known as Visas. What follows is extremely disturbing footage - viewer discretion is advised>>>
*A damp, dark room fades into view as the spy regains conciousness. The camera implanted in his eye is initially looking at the floor, the body of the naked operative hanging below, feet suspended inches off the ground. The camera slowly rises upward, looking around the room - the floor, walls, and ceiling are composed of dirty, wet stones.*
*The spy looks upward. He's hanging from the ceiling by shackles around his wrists, the metal slicing deep into his flesh as he struggles in vain to free himself. The sound of footsteps approaching echoes on the walls, and the camera jolts forward to a steel door in front of the agent.*
*A loud clank later, the door grinds open; revealing a woman adorned in blood red robes, her symbolic hood draped over her eyes, revealing only the lower portion of her face. She steps forward with unwavering dominance - a small, knife-shaped purple crystal is clenched in her hand.*
"So this is the one, the spy..." She says, her voice carries a sinister tone with it. She moves forward a bit more, and her leather-gloved hand grabs the agent by the jaw, wrenching his head up to look directly at her, "You boys should know better. The spirits do not take kindly to their servants being spied upon."
Visas lets go of the man's jaw and his head falls back downward, looking towards the floor. She paces around the room briefly, collecting her thoughts. "Your actions have shown that you do not look upon the spirits as gods, but as enemies. These actions are intolerable, and prove your guilt as an infidel and enemy of the lightbringers..."
The man mumbles a single pathetic word, barely audible, "Pll.... P-pplease..." He raises his head once more to look at the woman as she moves to stand directly in front of him.
"You wish for release? For freedom? The freedom of death perhaps? No child, we have not even begun... you will remain alive for a very long time, and not a moment of it will be pleasant for you."
The woman raises her hand, displaying the carved crystal blade - bearing many resemblances to the common alien artifacts on display in so many homes across sirius. She reaches out, pressing the tip of the knife against the top of the man's ribcage, and slowly drags it downward to his gut. Bloodcurdling screams echo throught he small room as the knife draws his blood directly through his skin, rupturing his flesh.
The robed woman waits a few moments for the man to halt his screams and regain his breath. "By the end of this day, you will know just what this blade can do..." she whispered.
Without hesitation, she stabs the knife into the man's ribcage, electrical arcs jolting from the hilt through and around the man's body. Blood pours out of the wound like sap from a tree.

<<<Terrorist File Update>>> Several transport blackbox units have been recovered with recordings of encounters with Visas and her terrorist group requesting 'donations' to prove loyalty to the 'lightbringers'. Uploading data now.
<<<An image of Visas' personal ship, with a nomad vessel as escort. It would appear that some nomads work directly with the sisters of the light, though reasons are unknown at this time.>>>
<<<Several blackbox recordings follow>>>
<<<Incident 1: Transport vessel "Ashtray]>> Location: New Berlin, in proximity to the sigma 13 jump hole.
Blackbox information cut off. Vessel "Ashtray" destroyed after delaying long enough to call in a nearby bounty hunter battlecruiser for support. Visas and escorts escaped back to sigma 13.
<<<Incident 2: Transport vessel "Young_Gun]>> Location: Sigma 17, in proximity to the atka research station. ***Error, initial blackbox data corrupted, attempting to restore...*** Restored Communications - Note, communication logs may not be entirely accurate:
Visas: Tell me, young gun, do you bow down to the lightbringers?
Young_Gun: Who?
Visas: The spirits of the light, those you refer to as 'nomads'
Visas: The sisterhood of the light requires a donation as proof of your loyalty
