One of the safest most profitable things to do in Disco is mining Helium, and one of the safest most profitable places to sell of the Helium is Manatum Repair Station in Cayman. Unfortunately, one of the shortest routes to Cayman involve passing from Dublin through to Omega 49, and one of the evilest things blocking you way is the Goldern Coin, a treacherous level 4 station destroying any ship that dare use the Omega 49 jumphole.

Getting in

Getting into Omega 49 via the Dublin jumphole is the easy part. Basically any ship can get in as long as you got enough speed and agility to get in, target the O49 jumphole, keep cruising as you close in, try to dodge the incoming projectiles by strafing and/or making large scale movements, then once you're close enough to the jumphole F3 to speed dock, and you've then successfully entered O49.

Note that if its your first time in, you might wanna dock a a nearby station first, you know so you don't hafta restart from Erie again in case you get blown up. Then again, if you're shipping Helium then you might as well restart at Erie, but I digress.

Getting out

Now this is the tricky part. If you're in a relatively small transport like the BWT and got armor upgrades, the best thing to do would be to impulse thrust + engine kill, keep a finger on G (nanobots), and duck and weave until you're about 3K from the Goldern coin, whereas you may initiate cruise engines, and be on your way to find a rare instance of the Dublin miner.

However if you're in a larger ship (such as the Junker Salvager), you may want to get a buddy to distract the turrets for you while you make the jump. Distracting the Goldern Coin is easy, get close keep cruising duck and weave and those turrets will never hit ya. And if you do it right, you'll distract it long enough for your partner to survive and put enough distance between him and the Coin.

Of course if you do attempt this you might wanna dock at one of the O49 bases first, just in case you get blown up.

I've survived the Goldern Coin numerous times, and I do believe this is a valid alternative to paying 10M once a month to those Mollies for access to the jump hole. Of course, sooner or later I might get a larger transport and pay up, but for less wealthy traders this just simply isn't an option.

No atmosphere? GTFO.
The propeller is the greatest invention of all time.
