I wanted to add my character to the character list and when I want to save the changes, I have to enter a captcha. After that, there appears a text which says I have to submit it twice to avoid spam et cetera - which is no problem but when I hit submit I end up with the captcha again. It's like a neverending circle without my changes taking effect. I just type in the captcha and hit submit all over again but nothing happens.

As an amateur attempt at helping, have you confirmed your account? You may need special permissions or some such to create new pages these days. Did you preview changes? Did you get the captcha correct?

Yeah, it looks like you're running into the exact same issue as "cReate.exe", as far as I can see from the logs. I gave your user account the same treatment as Alex gave "cReate.exe"'s account - it should be working now.
