I played singleplayer a while ago, and I noticed how much alike the two games sounded. both the music and the plasma and laser beams. It's good because they know when to play right music, which I've also experienced in all Halo and Freelancer games.
Have anyone else noticed this?

Wow deja vu, this was brought up about a month or so ago.

Both games come from Microsoft and Freelancer came out before Halo I think, so its logical to assume that Microsoft ripped some sound off of Freelancer to Halo.

I don't think so. Halo music sounds more like Opera or more like synth-rock while Freelancer is more like keyboard/synth music.

Yeah, agreed with Dopi. Halo and Freelancer are -way- different in sound. I dont know where you get it from..

Halo is like, "Haaaahaaaaahaaaahaaaahaaaaahaaaaaa *radadagagagaga*
Freelancer like, "Weeeehhoooowoooooooosh *pew pew pew*"

both are made by Microsoft so its likely that the people who did the music for one also worked on the other.
