its been a while, or its been the first time... ya know... Well I'm contacting you, *he caughes* hm... in some special reason, may both of us can fit with a good decission I think... Well hope you're able to reply... *he looks around* And at the end, just to clear things out, its better you dont know me now... So keep things quiet... *ehhrm*
We would prefer to know who you are and why you are contacting us before any real progress can be made. Of more immediate concern to you, however, may be the nasty cold you appear to have caught. They have inexpensive pharmaceuticals for that, you know.
The Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee is not here for simple medical advice, however. While you recall what you contacted us for, this channel will remain open. No-one contacts us by accident.

'tag again mein Herren,
Well, you should know its a bit difficult to tell you who I am... So lets say in some things we have the same Political point of view. And well, it could be maybe good to make a deal, that would help both of us. I'm talking about money, like usually in Rheinland... So if you are interested to know how to get this money I'm talking about, just leave me a message here, and I will be more detailed next time.
Hiding behind an overtly vague air will not serve to endear whatever future proposal you may slowly creep towards. It is for these reasons that the VWA opposes the operation of profit-oriented piracy within Rheinland, and why it is a most uncommon policy for the VWA to hire mercenaries and freelancers whose loyalty lay only with credits.
I will not lie to you; like any other organization, the VWA is dependent on credits to function. I cannot claim that I am not interested, but I will not jump to any kind of conclusions.
If you truly desire the VWA's aid or attention, please endeavor to be as specific and clear in your proposals in your next transmission, Herr Reuter.

'tag again,
well I think its necessary to explain a little bit more. My name is Thomas Reuter I'm CEO of |ALG| Waste Disposal. I'm contacting you in some diplomatic Reason, well ALG is currently working on this:
And we want to know it safe at any costs. So since we have some simular point of view I think we could make a deal. Well ALG and Daumann are business competitor as long as I know, one reason for this is that the Leadership of ALG doenst like the way how the Head of Daumann is using their employees. In fact there are like legal slaves. Most of them are ill, and working for a very little money. So ALG is not going to do any business with them. This is just to clear things out. I've heard some rumors that the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee does accept the way |ALG| Waste Disposal handle stuff. So I would like to make a deal. A agreement... That the Vereinigte Widerstandsarme will not attack any Ship or instalation of |ALG| Waste Disposal. Therefore the VWA will revice a Monthly payment of 25.000.000 Sirius Credits.
The Bundschuh and by extension the VWA are aware of the corporate split between Daumann, and the loose partnership betwixt ALG and Kruger. If only you actually knew to what extent Daumann treats a number of its workers like slaves, mein herr.
That aside, there are a few pieces of crucial information necessary for our members to glean over before coming to a decision. I will begin with the most obvious omitted one; Borkum Station's purpose.
We are very well-able to tolerate a mere storage depot to better accomodate ALG Employees in their waste processing tasks, but the VWA would be considerably less tolerant of a facility that, for example, produced prototypical technology for the Rheinswehr or stockpiled dangerous materials.
We request one additional concession regarding Borkum; to refrain from the usage of weapons platforms surrounding the station. The adjacent point-defenses of Mainz should likely suffice, as well as a swift Rheinswehr response to a raid. Weapons platforms would cause unnecessary endangerment to VWA operations in the Northern Frankfurt area. In the event of an unlikely Corsair or Outcast attack, ALG may rest assured that the VWA will undoubtedly respond on the scene with a force of operatives to counter such an incursion.
Given a brief summary of the expected operations of Borkum, the VWA will be able to come to a conclusion. To reiterate, it would be far preferable for Borkum to practice exclusely commercial operations as opposed to military ones.

'tag mein Herr
Well I will explain it to you, the purpose of the Borkum Station is to haul Scrap Metal mined by our Employees in Sigma-13 or Texas. Its like a trade hub, selected Companies and Groups can sell Scrap Metal to this base or buy it.
Also the Borkum Station has no Military Purpose, it just have a few Fighter Docking Points, and they are only for |ALG|- tagged Security Vessels.
The last Point are the Weapon Plattforms, as you allready said the Firepower of the Mainz Station is big enough, and I allready talk to the Director and he will help us in any case if Hostile Vessels will arrive. So there will be no Weapon Plattforms build in future.
The VWA have finalized our terms, which will be codified for you briefly:
The VWA will not stop, harass, or otherwise engage ALG Transports or Security forces for the most part unless harassed or attacked first; we will expect vice-versa to also hold true.
The VWA will have reason to stop and request cargo from an ALG transport if they are carrying the following "commodities":
-Light Arms
-Military Vehicles
-Slaves
-Prisoners
-Cardamine
-Artifiacts
-Bundschuh, Hessian, LWB Pilots.
The VWA will not necessarily request the cargo from any transport carrying these, but may question its purpose and destination.
-MOX
-Nuclear Devices
We of course doubt that such cargoes will be a common occurance, but it is merely so that there is no confusion.
Finally, the VWA will iterate that it will not open fire upon any ALG transport or security vessel without a very good reason to do so; nor will it launch any offensive operation against Borkum Station along that same mentality.
If these terms are acceptable to you, send the offered twenty-five-million monthly credits to VWA|Emissar.
