Good Day Gas Miners,
There seems to be a clearance because of Gas Miners affiliation to the pirates, especially the Outcasts and their allies.
It seems that Gas Miners have a sort of contract with the OC, allowing the OC to stay in the Sigmas and a sort of cease fire between both parties.
That is not fitting well comrades.
Also, me and a fellow Bounty Hunter entered Sigma-13 today and get in trouble with the Gas Miners there.
We were told to leave or to prepare for destruction. Well, as we were there to ask if help is needed, if the system is save, we were some kind of shocked as we mentioned that the Gas Miners are working with the OC's.
The Gas Miner was killed after attacking my fellow.
We left Sigma-13.
Some time later we entered again the Sigma-13-System, knowing of an OC Destroyer there and found although a Bundschuh VHF near the New-Berlin-Jumpgate.
And there was no fight, no harassment against the GMG, the OC, the Bundschuh and the Gas Miners (2 of them now) worked together there.
We asked politly what the hell was going on there, but also were again told to leave.
But we want that answer.
So we stayed... another fight, the GMG attacked us a second time and we defend ourselfs by destroying their ships.
We didnt attacked the OC Cruiser, which was there, as the Cruiser is no danger for the traders coming through Sigma-13.
We left again the system.
As it is now, the GMG is marked hostile untill we get an proper explaination for that behaviour.
You Gas Miners are a lawfull group i though, but if you continue to sell yourself to the OC's and their allies, we will tread you like any other pirate.
The Bounty Hunters are not willing to cause trouble with the GMG, but we wont ignore your behavior much longer.

Dear fellow Bounty Hunter,
With all due respect Sir, regardless of the situation between GMG and Outcasts, all Bounty Hunter capital vessels are to request permission before entering GMG territory and since you had been asked to withdraw from such, you should have complied. To enter Sigma-13 in knowing that the officials currently in that system may be treating you as hostile, you are asking for trouble and that is something which the Guild could do without. I doubt that the GMG would open fire on a Bounty Hunter without good reason, I assume the reason was that you did not withdraw upon request. Had you done so, these incidents would not have occurred, if I assume correctly of course.
We have a hard enough time navigating Sirius at will as it is, the last thing we need is a permanent expulsion from a lawful system. You must remember that all system-owning entities have restrictions on capital ships, whether that is of their own or of visitors. They also have the right to enforce their laws and to use discretion within grey areas of their regulations. Since Bounty Hunters have absolutely no claim to any GMG territory, we can only comply with such.
Furthermore, I am reluctant to believe that you are in a position to speak for the BH Guild or Core and as such, I am deeply worried by the sentiment of this statement...
Quote:The Bounty Hunters are not willing to cause trouble with the GMG, but we wont ignore your behavior much longer.
...because GMG may well regard this as a threat. I for one have no desire to regard GMG as hostile, neither do I want to be regarded as an enemy. Until the Guild or Core determine GMG to be hostile, they are indeed neutral to all Bounty Hunters. So please, when allied or neutral authorities of the system you are in give you an order, I hope that you will fulfill it so as to maintain non-hostile relations.
In closing, I must note that I do sympathise with your position and that it may seem like you were excluded whilst the Outcasts were given a better treatment. If that is the case, I'm afraid we can do nothing about it.

Konnichiwa,
Indeed there is much confusion and I do believe I have the proper authority to speak as the vioce of the guild. The guild has no affiliation with any of the four major houses therefore their laws do not exist in our territory. This has been explained over and over to many bountyhunter vessels traveling through the area which try to enforce those exact laws in GMG territory. Laws and rules in these areas are not the same as in the houses, things are done differently. The guild must focuses on self interest, not the interest of traders or house members passing through the system. Our primary profession is the production of H-fuel and it is our highest interest. What does H-fuel production have to do with pirates? The GMG is connected to two well known organizations that are labled criminals by the houses, the Outcasts and Blood Dragons. What do they have to do with this?
Outcasts tend to travel through the Sigmas often entering our restricted mining operations while escorting shipments of cardamine to aviod the houses. As we all know cardamine is a strong source of funding for the Outcasts. In short their cardamine is our H-fuel profits. As few have witnessed we force transports to turn their vessels around in these operations unless they pay an insurance to cover a gas miner they may damaged in their crossing. Well they did not have the same luxury, we shot them down. From there is was nothing but conflict without aid. We shot down cardamine shipments, they shot down H-fuel shipments. The conflict was actually pointless therefore we came to terms(Only with BLS). A cease fire was declared with a treaty to benefit both sides. Gas mining production was no long disrupted and shipments continued. Outcasts were allowed into the system as long as they followed our laws. We also recieved credits from their profits. Where their destination was however was none of our business. With these vessels coming to our aid when needed while operating in our system mainly Sigma-13, as a sign of good faith we returned the favor.
Blood Dragons though labled enemies of the Kusari goverment are still our kusarian brothers. Since the beginning they have followed our laws and obeyed our instructions to exit the system if there was an emergancy. I cannot say the same for bountyhunters traveling through the sigmas. These dragons have even assisted the guild in securing its mining operations during the chaos in the field. Any further information concerning them is none of your concern.
We allow pirates to enter the system and operate near the junkerbase located in the Rheinland graveyard off of tradelanes. They are not denied their ways as long as it does not endanger our mining operations. We even are paid credits to allow them to operate heavier craft into the system. Bountyhunters lost their right in our system long ago. We allowed them to travel through the system only, not to hunt. Though at times they do overpower our security officers it will cost others like them in the end when reinforcements arrive from Sigma-19. Traders are only under GMG protection if they travel through tradelanes. Anyone that travels offlanes are on their own. Though one individual has bribed us for protection of many traders from...certain hostile targets. We do not go around attacking traders, now that is an unlawful act.
GoodDay Gas Miners,
Your Reply was very informative. It helped a lot to understand GMG's work with OC and affiliated/allied groups of them.
That capital vessels piloted by Bounty Hunters have to ask for authorization before entering the Sigmas is a quit important fact, as we didnt know about that counting for gunship classs ships. Also the Gas Miner, who was around didnt gave me a hint, that such authorization was missing.
Cause a simply "leave or die" wouldnt fit that, so i didnt though about the possibility he could mean such a authorization in that moment.
Same for the second time.
As now all is cleared, i wish to excuse for the destruction of the GMG vessels during that fights.
Hope we will come along in better terms the next time.

A authorization for my Orca Gunship callsign Acyanith is requested.
I will stay in friendly terms to GMG vessels and would not attack any OC or OC allied ships in the Sigmas, except of self defense of course, and the case of a bounty on their head.
I wish to obtain a durable authorization as i in the first didnt want to ask anytime and in the second, i cant ask for that over comms during a chase f.e.
GoodDay fellow Hunter comrade,
Of course i would never claim the right for me to speak for all Hunters.
Also never wanted to let it sound like that, it was a kind of bad explaination.
Excuse for that.

What manner of nonsense is this? Who is this new spokesperson for the Hunters Guild who believes that he can singelhandedly dictate guild policy towards the single greatest supplier of H Fuel to the Four Houses? You best explain yourself.
As for the GMG: if someone has put your nose out of joint by behaving with the maturity of mentally-disadvantaged xeno hatchlings, then do the professional thing and use that wad of credits in your bank accounts to have the offending individual removed. It matters little to us how or why the GMG has resorted to consorting with criminals and drug peddlers. And it is of little concern to us how or why the GMG suddenly has come to suffer the delusion that it is capable of enforcing this ludicrous and ill-conceived policy. No hunting in Sigma 13? Come between a man and his means to make a living? Such poor gratitude considering not too long ago you were paying hunters to risk life and limb in the pursuit of certain corsairs in that very same system.
Blanket restrictions on the movement of our operatives? GMG vessels "ordering" hunters to "leave or face destruction"?

As long as you carry your business offlanes into the debris field your request is approved. Think of Naha as a freeport, we allowed ships to dock and resupply on H-fuel, but any vessel causing problems there will be asked to leave or engaged if refusing. If there are corsair vessels present, they are now allowed into any sector of Sigma-13 and fee free to call for assistance. Any heavy GMG arms that you may see in the system most likely will not engage any hostiles unless it is a cruiser or battleship. They are a symbol of power and authority from guild unity.
To all trading vessels I recommend you hire an escort from now on, or contact guild personal for an escort through the system. Be warned you may be denied escort by certain individual security officers present in the system if they do not benefit from your offer. I will not order anyone to answer all escort requests. Once a trader is offlanes he is on his own. Those on lanes feel free to call assistance from any member of the Security Forces.
To the Search and Destroy Agency. You are not acknowledged by the Gas Miners Guild.

Are you serious? I thought these Corsairs were your enemies?

So your response to an attack by non S/D vessels on your ships is to ALLOW THEM BACK INTO THE SYSTEM and refuse to acknowledge us, when we have actually disposed of corsair vessels at your own request in the past?
These sound like the rantings of a cardamine addict.
