On many occasions I've had traders, even from official factions, asking my Xeno if they would ''turn the blind eye'' for credits. Would this make sense in RP, I do not know, but I would like to know if the admins would allow it rules-wise.
Xenos may not DEMAND credits. Can they accept them? Corruption everywhere and all that.

I personally don't see why anyone would be unable to accept credits. It's not like it says "can accept credits" on any IDs. It would just be silly if you couldn't.
Also, xenos may accept credits. They cannot ask for them, but they may accept them. Personally, in XA, if I see one of my members doing it while I'm flying with them I will eat them. Literally.
It's a bit counter-productive to XA ideology to do such a thing, but xeno movements vary greatly in the means they go to for reaching an end, and even what their views are. It's kind of like bounty hunting. Say I tell them they have a bounty, and they offer me money to look the other way. I can't specify a number for them under the threat of death, as that would be piracy.

IMO - If I recall Xenos are more like redneck-idealists, where "anything that is not ours should perish"
but Xenos should be allowed to accept bribes to "turn the blind eye''
although this may be a little 'quarrel' with their convictions - but hell in each group you will find a greedy one.
It's a fine line of distinction, but it does exist.
If they OFFER you credits willingly to look the other way, it's simply them giving you a chance to close your eyes - since you don't have to take those credits and can still kill them if you so choose to do so.
If you SUGGEST that you are open to being offered credits, then you're pirating and an ID violation.
And the difference between this and what the LPI does is also a fine line - because in RP many members of the LPI are corrupt. (My LPI character may say, "Hey, there is a way for this whole thing to go away". <on your screen, you see his fingers rubbing together in the age old way of counting money>)
Same thing applies to my bounty hunters or to mercenaries - if the target offers us a bribe - without being prompted to do so - we're free to take it. But if we suggest that we could look the other way for a bribe (as Evo mentioned) then it's piracy.

Well, if they offer you money shouldn't you shoot them for the audacity? I mean questioning your moral integrity, your noble cause and so on and so forth? Xenos are ideological warriors - more so than most (any?) other faction.
