Game crash after selecting character

This doesnt happen every time but for some reason my Thanatos with a MK2 Cloak crashes my game when I select it from my character list. It goes to the normal Loading screen then my game just closes and crashes, one of my friends told me it shows me as "cheating" but I have nothing active other than Discovery freelancer 4.86 and no other mods on.

I am having a similar problem with various characters on different accounts. Game crashes to desktop when trying to launch. Have been running this setup for some time and today is the first time I've encountered this problem.
