The Lord Moka is welcome to visit Baffin for a short period of time to refuel and restock at Shata Base, just as long as a bunch of henchmen aren't in tow and the locals are treated right, eh? Discretion is the thing around here.

In that respect, if the plan is to approach Baffin through Tau 29, you'd best let me know your ship's name, 'cos unless the defence systems are alerted to your impending visit, you just might get yer turrets blown off on jumping the Hole. Not a pretty sight.
