Good day esteemed members of the Unione Corse.
I'm Elise Pennybrooke, and I am contacting you on behalf of the Onyx Syndicate.
Although I don't have huge amounts of experience with Gallia and its various organizations, I believe we have much in common.
The Syndicate is a group of businesspeople that specializes in discreet shipping and various services.
At least, that is what we are supposed to be. We are in a crisis of sorts at the time, and our future remains uncertain.
I'm not in charge of the Syndicate, I am merely acting as administrator in the absence of my superiors.
We have a small depot hidden in the Coronado system. The intention is for it to be a trade outpost, and a comfortable stopping point at the crossroads between Liberty, Bretonia, and the Taus.
Anyways, on to business. You have made a bit of a name for yourselves as a reliable supplier of Cryocubes. We're expanding at the moment, and we need a significant amount of those fancy ice cubes to complete construction.
So I'm wondering if you would be interested in supplying us, and what sort of prices you'd offer if you do agree.
Aside from that, I'd rather like to see more cooperation between our organizations in general.
Anyways, I hope to hear from you soon.
Good evening, my name is Lucas Ricard of the Unione Corse.
I would like to start off saying that we indeed have not heard much about the Onyx Syndicate, but it does sound like your goal is something people can consider a "peaceful area through strange actions", which we all can agree on, but we still would like to know a little more about yourselves. We do prefer to have information about the groups we work with, but we can assure you that if we indeed come to an agreement, we can complete this job faster then anyone else.
I ask that you explain a little more about who you are, and what you stand for. Once we get some details worked out, we can get down to business with Cryocubes.
Thank you for your time.

Greetings once again. Firstly, I'd like to thank you for your rapid response.
Although this isn't really something I'm good at, I'll try my best to explain what we are.
The Syndicate is a group of businesspeople with no government or corporate ties.
We do not espouse any ideology, except that of a free market economy.
As such, our main line of business is dealing in sensitive goods. This is also the main purpose of our Outpost - to serve as a drop-off point at a strategic location.
The base is also meant to be a place where our partners and allies can come to relax, enjoy a drink, and discuss deals in a secluded, comfortable location.
It's currently still under construction, but the bar is ready to receive patrons who want to take a break when delivering.
We're also planning to enter the entertainment industry at some point with a focus on gambling, ideally both on-site at our base, as well as from a mobile casino ship. Unfortunately we just don't have the manpower to staff such an operation at the time.
Very interesting idea you have, it seems similar to a Freeport which we can easily agree that it will turn out very nice. Even as a place of relaxation.
After discussing your request with the rest of the Unione Corse, we have agreed and have worked out a price to our standards, which consist of 4500 credits per metric tonne of Cryocubes. The job will be done in a timely matter if we indeed come to a deal, as offered to all of those who we partner with.
Of course we will need data such as location, but that comes later after things are worked out on both of our ends. We look forward to your responce.

Good to hear from you again, Mr Ricard.
A Freeport of sorts is indeed the plan for the Bazaar - albeit an invitation-only Freeport.
So in that sense, not really a Freeport at all, at least not when it comes to docking.
More a Freeport in the sense that we don't care what visitors do here, as long as it doesn't affect us.
Anyway, down to business. Your price is pretty much what I had expected, and we agree to it.
Aside from the credits though, we can offer something else you may find interesting: Red-tinted "Blood" diamonds, mined in the deep Omegas, which I'm sure are a very unusual sight in Gallia.
If you so wish, you could take them back on your return trips for a price of 2 100 credits per unit.
As for the amount, I think I'll set a preliminary goal of 24 000 units.
At the moment, we only have half that amount of diamonds, but if you take your time we could accumulate the rest as well.
The docking crew has been informed to grant access to ships with the [UC] tag, so you may begin deliveries at your leisure.
I will send you the Bazaar's location on a maximum security private channel.

Hello again, Elise here.
I'm pleased to note the deliveries seem to have started.
I've also noticed you haven't purchased any of our lovely diamonds.
Not mine to judge I suppose - I just assumed you might be interested since to my knowledge, they can fetch incredible prices in Gallia.
Anyway, if there's any other hard-to-get product you might be interested in, let me now and I'll try to arrange a shipment to the Bazaar.
Good evening, we are happy to say that our shipments are almost complete. But there is one matter that I would like to bring up, mostly from not understanding.
As one of our latest shipments have come in, one of our unloading crews has noticed that there happens to be some Cardimine located in one of the other storage bays, and that brings up a few questions.
Why do you have this drug aboard your station?
We of the Unione Corse do not agree with the Outcasts too much, as they can be harm to everyone with their.. Lets say.. superiority complex. For this reason, we prefer not to help those who will spread their cardimine to everyone else, allowing it to be spread to the rest of Sirius. We do recognize however that some is needed for those who have been exposed, and need it to survive, there no helping that. But we do NOT want a major supply to be created.
All we require is a answer to this, and we can finish up our work, we like to know who we are working with, that is all. Nothing too serious.

Mr Ricard; Elise here.
First of all, I'm very pleased that deliveries are going well and will be completed soon.
But then, I'm sure you'd rather hear an answer to your questions.
Now, I'm sorry to have to put it this way, but explaining other deals we might have wasn't part of our deal with you.
This much I can say however: Yes, there is a stock of cardamine stored at the Bazaar. And yes, it's for sale.
We spoke of similarities with Freeports earlier, perhaps this is another example.
Just as on Freeports, there are different people that come to the Bazaar that may not like each other much.
There may be dealings that not everybody likes.
This is a necessity whenever any group deals with a large number of entities.
Take the houses: Liberty knows that Bretonian and Kusari companies deal with Rheinland, but this won't stop them from also dealing with said companies.
As for a major supply being created: this is not and cannot be the case, as we do not and cannot manufacture cardamine. The sources are the same; only some of the distribution channels might change. On a small scale, I might add - like our entire operation.
Anyway, I know this isn't a great answer but it's what I can give.
If this prevents you from dealing with us, that would be a great shame. A missed opportunity.
But that's not for me to decide.
