Interspace Commerce would like to arrange a deal with you concerning your base known as "Silver City". We feel you have much to offer us, and we have much to offer in return.
We understand there will be details and other steps to take care of before anything is finalized, so we look forward to your response with an explanation of these things.
This will be the start of a very mutually profitable relationship.
Greetings Yuuta Segawa I am Arbiter James Trenton.
It's a pleasure to meet you and thank you for your request.
So your interested in doing business at our mining installation Saltese.
It's no secret that Junkers have had issues regarding major corporations in the past.
We do not agree with most of the practices or treatment of smaller independent business.
So as I could not give you access to any of our other stations or permission to enter Puerto Rico.
Still we may be able to come to an arrangement.
The Silver City produces alot of ore and requires multiple transports moving product.
Which I'm aware you can provide should you be allowed access.
With all the being said I'll agree to give your group access under the following conditions.
One: You must adhere to all station policies and procedures.
Two: Access will be limited to Saltese ONLY.
Three: Your transports or miners will need to provide their own protection.
Furthermore your access can be revoked at our discretion or should any of the following occur:
If your presence there causes trouble for the station or for the other workers there.
If we find any of your transports or miners not complying with station policy at any time.
Should you agree to our terms I'll grant your organization access to Saltese.
I understand as well that there have been various contentions and problems between the Junkers and corporations such as Interspace Commerce in the past, but I hope that such things can be just that, in the past.
Even if there are disagreements between us on some issues, I believe we are both professional enough to not let such things get in the way of mutually beneficial business interests.
That said, we are perfectly content with your terms and conditions concerning Saltese, and hereby ACCEPT.
Your unwillingness to allow us within Puerto Rico or give us special access to any other of your stations is no skin off our collective noses, as we have no reason to be in those places at this time.
Furthermore, if any of our employees are found to be in breach of your terms or the policy of Silver City, which they will not be, bring it to my immediate attention so that I may deal with it in a proper way.
Hopefully this will be a very profitable relationship.-Yuuta Segawa, Vice President
