I've been thinking of our fleet strategical layout, mainly task force Warhammer's. We've been lacking heavy long range support units, as most of our battleship-class war vessels are attuned and equipped as heavy skirmishers. While this doesn't effect my current fleet layout and rules of engagement, having a vessel more leaned towards support, mainly ballistic and long range support, would give me more options on the field, particularly against Naval cruiser and battlecruiser defense groups.
And also the lack of a mobile base of operations for Force Recon, which is why our newest Arbiter in-construction has grabbed my attention, serial code HFB009-OP-1, almost complete with it's construction. I know it's a new model and while High Command was a bit grey on the matter of it's deployment, I'm very sure it could be quite useful to general Legion influence in skirmishes as well as Force Recon.
So I'm requesting its command be turned over to myself and Force Reconnaissance. I'll be awaiting your reply Marshal, if accepted, I've already had the new weaponry blueprint layouts readied for the setup I had in mind, and the ship's current state allows for an immediate change.

Admiral Williams;
While I understand your concern about the over-specialisation of TF Warhammer assets, I am somewhat sceptical about offering a brand-new Capital ship to a new and relatively unproven subdivision of the Legion. I could be persuaded to act in Force Recon's favour if you could present to me some results that could not be achieved by existing specialist units such as Assault Recon or our front line forces. I'll leave the specifics up to your... imagination. Otherwise, without the specific approval of the Lord Commander or another member of High Command, my hands are tied.
