jump drive

I have some questions about the jump drive

if I want to jump multiple ships I need a Jump Drive Module Series IV
but do I need a mk 2 or 3 scanner for it then

and how do I get the coordinates do I need to be on that place to get them ? and they will stay 30 days but if I write them down I can use them again ?

and does the fuel needs to be on my ship or can it be too on a ship in 300M range?
