After recent events, from the NCC we don't have more to say that we condemn totally and absolutely any military actions that are taking place, or has taken place between the Zoner Alliance, and Order and Phoenix. Actually the information that we have about how it started is very little, but really what matters is that it has declared a war, and we will pay everyone, not just those who started.
Aside from being crazy, it's nonsense, and we think that even a young child might realize that these violent actions only lead us to the destruction.
We urge both parties to schedule a ceasefire, although we understand that after what has happened, it's probably too late for this.
We can't understand how this could happen and we're extremely concerned for it, but mostly we're embarrassed by the image that is being given to the rest of Sirius, of those who live in the Omicrons. We hope this will end soon without collateral damage to innocents.
Finally, I will give my personal opinion on all this:
This circus is a shame for all of us, and I must say that after seeing this type of behavior we would be better surrender to the Nomad immediately. Those who don't know fix their own problems as humans and reasonable people, shouldn't have any power to bring destruction and misery wherever they go.
I guess you will be very happy with what you have achieved. All of you will be responsible for what happens, and your hands will be stained with the blood of your fellow humans who die for you in your war. I'm sure the people who depend on you, will appreciate so much your efforts. Congratulations, for all of you.

You are relatively new here therefore I can understand your point of view. Condemnation means little in Omicrons however, as there are no house-like entities beyond traitorous Nomad hugging Maltese government and Hispanics from Crete at opposite scale of balance. Even with them, they are controlling only fraction of space.
There is no option of peace until reign of Alliance's terror ends in Omicron 74, either with their absolute withdrawal or total extermination. Order military intervention is here to liberate system from influence of those traitors and terrorists and we will carry on with our duties. If you have not noticed, ZA declared war on Phoenix who still insist on not engaging into direct conflict and remain in self-defence. Do you support those actions? I hope not.
However if you still insist, you would have to convince big number of people... me as supreme commander of Order forces, together with 141's commander Enrico Davids and leadership of all other entities involved in this war.

We're relatively new here, as you say, so I appreciate your attempt to understand our point of view.
Of course we don't support the Zoner Alliance in THIS action, the declaration of war against Phoenix. Between Zoner brothers shouldn't have any violence, and a declaration of war is something very serious to do so without the necessary reasons.
However, that definition of "reign of terror" that you have ensured that happens in Omicron 74... I disagree. It's true that ZA has acted in a militaristic way, much more than what we would like in the NCC, but it's also true that both the Order and Phoenix have taken a policy of constant pressure on them. That has helped a lot for them to take that position. I'm not giving them the reason in what they have done, but your behavior (of Order and Phoenix) has not helped much, Admiral.
Congratulations to Phoenix, for their restraint and prudence despite the declaration of war, for their refusal to engaging into direct conflict. They have demonstrated with that action having a good diplomatic instinct, and I hope that as a result it can stop this in time. I repeat, my most sincere congratulations. Really.
I hope you don't really believe your words when you call ZA members traitors and terrorists. I think its unfortunate and evidently erroneous actions only occurred because they feel threatened by Order and Phoenix. I know well some of the leaders of ZA, Mr. Mow and Mr. Tri-Udent, and certainly may be many things, but never traitors or terrorists. Humans, like you and me, and therefore able to make mistakes (sometimes terrible mistakes), but nothing more.
If instead of seeing them as enemies, or as people who could be suspicious from the start, Phoenix & Order had tried to help them and turn them into allies against our common enemy, probably we wouldn't have come to this deplorable situation.
Admiral Golanski, I ask you from man to man, to try to find another way other than continuing the war with ZA, unless you have no other option. I'm not begging you, I'm just appealing to your common sense.

We ain't interested in this "war", but not we started this. However, we got some losses, and it's giving a taste of blood. It's not a real excuse of Mr. Mow and Mr. Tri-Udent "everyone doing mistakes" or "we just humans". Seriously, you're that naive or just trying to be? After your shoulders many people, by your silliness acts you've threat all population of Omicron 74 and neighboring regions.
But, it's time to move on, if so called Zone Alliance going to gain more brains, remove infected parties or whatever, we are willing to give another chance to them for re-establishing diplomacy with us, but before to do that, we want to hear public apologies about their foolishness for ignition this war against Phoenix and another Zoners, our allies and treating security of Omicron-74.
Also, it's rather weird only you are trying to find a peaceful solution. I believe, ZA should be interested in this first, don't you think? Until we will hear a words of deep apologies from ZA, our stance to them keep the same.

Dear Mr. Burton:
We know you aren't interested in this war, and deeply regret your loss of lives. We also understand that "we are all humans" is not a real excuse. But I think you misunderstand the concept of what I wanted to say. This is not to excuse a wrong act, but to understand, to realize that we could all make mistakes at one time, and therefore we must giving to those who have made a mistake, a chance to fix it. That's all.
In another order of things, there is something in your transmission not clear to me:
Our silliness acts? We've threatened the population of Omicron 74 with our actions? We, the NCC, that haven't done anything but risk the lives of our members repeatedly to avoid war and destruction? I honestly don't understand those ungrateful words, Mr. Burton. We aren't part of what is happening. Precisely for this reason, we want to provide a new perspective from neutrality, so that you can solve your problems peacefully and avoid unnecessary deaths.
Intervening in conflicts between humans, and much more if they are between Zoner brothers, is something we do by Divine Command, because Deux commands us, and we're only mere instruments in His Sacred Hands. The NCC has never harmed anyone with his behavior, but quite the opposite, so I hope that these accusations are due to a typographical error in the transmission of data, and not a real intention to make us responsible for something.
That you call naivety, we call humanity and spirit of dialogue. Anyone can shoot a gun to another, but only a true humanist has the mind necessary to avoid falling into that temptation and go beyond, by the path of dialogue. If you don't like our principles, no matter, but we aren't going to stop insisting on them. It's our Holy mission, and we've consecrated our lives to it.
It is not so weird that in these times of stress, due to the outbreak of war, the ZA hasn't yet begun diplomatic contacts, so we ask reflection and prudence from our external position. But I have no doubt that very soon the ZA leaders will contact you to try to solve this without more deaths.
The only request we make is that you keep your mind open and are willing to listen to his words. Then you will decide what you believe right, but at least you will have exhausted the diplomatic way.
