I've kept this secret encryption and back channel ready all these years just in case something like this happened.

Obviously, we work against each other. And while we don't particularly like each other, as we've said in the past, we do have a bit of respect for one another.

I've heard rumors of war, but this latest ... kerfluffle ... to me indicates that there must be something going on in the background that isn't good for either of us. So ... I'm not proposing a truce, by any means. Simply a non-agression pact against you and your forces in O-74. Obviously these Zoners must be infected by Nomads or Wilde, otherwise they wouldn't be acting as they do.

So ... in the interests of as we sometimes will stop shooting at each other in order to stomp out a common enemy - in this case, apparently infected Zoners - I propose that our forces do not shoot at each other in O-74. I'll consider it for Kappa as well, and if your guys need passage through Delta - let me know.

No, I'm not working WITH you. Only extending common courtesy so that once we eradicate this menace, we can get back to our usual issues. We can't allow the Nomads to spread into the Zoner population and move all over Sirius - they must be eradicated now.

Reasonable to you? Either way, we're considering it open season on them now again, since this is so completely out of character for Zoners, even when they were stupid like twice before, there must be an ulterior cause.

Well, well. Finally scared of Nomads are we?

"Allow" me to be brief - I do not want to waste too much of my breath. Soon as it begins, deal will be put to trial only in Omicron Theta, 74, Kappa. Out of clear curiosity I want to see how it performs within given region first... Anything galactic north of it will still be a warzone... or temporary peace should you remove your four letters out of the frontlines as we deal with Omicron 74.

Remember this, this agreement is only in effect as long you do in Omicron 74 what you are supposed to do. Not before and not after. You will be watched and judged entire time. We tolerate you because of practical reasons. I will be back on my duties.
