Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Quote:6.2 Ship and equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible.
All characters using mismatched ID/Ship/Weapon combinations must possess either an Admin granted Terrorist ID or a Special Operative ID.
You need to roleplay before an engagement. Throwing out 3 preset messages in under 2 seconds and then opening fire is not the roleplay before a fight we want to see.
Preset messages are alright, but they are definately not for situations where you have all the time you want to roleplay with a person.
Please use the normal roleplay before you open fire. And leave the other person some time to react in RP as well.
On a further note, I was not able to find your name on the IMG list for their technology. So I put this ship into bastille for now. Please tell us here what you want to do with the ship.
Consequences:
-Cargo cleared for warning notification
-Ship bastilled until you tell us what you are going to do with it
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised
that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions
up to a ban.
At Manhatten, when the attack happened I waited for his reaction and I named him before the attack. After that I waited again, and then used the "controlled form". I scanned him, downloaded personal data, and I warned him twice before the attack.
As I know if somebody AFK, or something like that, that is not a criteria to attack him. There were more "players" in this time, so I think they saw the hole story, and didnt have a bad word for me about that. That is interesting too, when I started to shoot him, suddenly he started to move, but my SNAC hitted him. That is the story, what happened against me many times, and I didnt have a problem with that because I know that was my fault.
So I am surprised about this warning, but sure I accept this if you feel that was not correct. I try to give more time, but I think I never attacked somebody without warning or enough time.
...well, and I want to be a good guy and try to survive Bastille:
Well, The IMG must take some responsibility for the clerical error concerning your ship usage, as they have
not updated their records in the official listing. Unfortunately we do not have time to go through the whole
Communication Channel sub forum to find just one thread.
The incident wasn't outside Manhattan, and attacking anyone while completely neutral to their respective
NPC faction is considered rather bad form at any time. You are now 'Persona Non Grata' in Liberty for your
actions. Your ship has been now been released to a Freeport with the warning in place.
Some say he is a proud member of: "The most paranoid group of people in the Community."
I will hand them to you when I have time to get on skype and get a hold of you.
Ill explain it a bit as well so you have an idea what this warning is about.
