Ok then i take this as a "I can pirate where ever I want as an Outcast" as an answer to the next collegue who wants to have the tradelane alone for him to fish in.
And i have been told so many times about any rules or RP things I break and stuff which cleared up as complete nonsense, that I also will not listen to anyone without an administrative tag anymore. Some people seem to abuse the fact, that noobs just don't know any better.

Expect to get shot, then. Liberty is Rogue territory, all Outcasts are guests in Liberty.
Outcasts should not be pirating en masse with in Liberty the way they do. There are only two or three Outcast NPC patrols in Liberty total, outside of the badlands, and infocards suggest that Outcasts do not leave the Badlands for fear of the LN.
The Outcasts that do leave the Badlands are acting on their own accord and not for the Outcast Nation, hence they are treated like any other pirate, as competition.

They need us just as much as we need them. In fact, Rogues are no longer dependant on the Cardamine trade for survival, we have other sources of income now as well, such as Blood Diamonds. But the Outcasts still need us to traffic and distribute their product through Liberty, so I guess you could say they need us more than we need them.
Yes I did, so this was my conclusion from all the posts above me. Did I get anything wrong?
FYI, english isn't my native language, so If i'm mistaken in some point, mind to clear things up for me? :laugh:

@Getting shot: professional risk.
@LIBERTY: The point is, we weren't in liberty, but in Border systems between Liberty and Bretonia. The question is, if there are any other criminal fractions who (can) claim the border Systems as "their territory" as well.

No, you can't. You can't pirate in bretonia (well you can, but the outcasts relation ship with Bretonia is meant to be GOOD, so I suppose you'll only be attacking Kusarian traders there?), You can't pirate in the Omegas or Rheinland. You CAN pirate in Liberty or Kusari. However, take this how you will, but be warned as you are a guest in their space and expect them to treat you with some hostility if you don't do as they ask.
And are you seriously gonna say "I can pirate wherever I want, I'm an outcast"? You said perhaps California anyway.
So put it this way. You don't HAVE to move, but it will get complicated. Very complicated if you don't. Is it hard to jump to another lane anyway?
On that note, what ship are you pirating in? Don't expect a warm welcome from anyone if you're in something bigger than a Bomber ;P
Personal advice: Get out of liberty.

Because the IND think they own the place, and they partially do, I'm inviting anyone who's allowed in to have some fun. Enjoy. No Rogues will bother you. If they do, tell them to speak to their Crime Boss.

I'm glad to see that you're delusional as always, Ashes.
