Second: Your other picture in the rotation fills the full 700x250 boundaries by itself.
With an image that big, you can't fit any text below it. Please fix this.

A sane man must become insane to look sane
In an insane world.
Greetings to you, to Outcasts,
I am contacting you from our ship, the Transcendence, I am speaking in the name of our captain, as he
chronically dislikes sharing his name, and working on any and all kinds of byrocracy. Our ship was out of
order for a quite long time, but finally, our captain has returned from his...um, well, let's say journey. We
are finally able to fly again. We highly value our independance and freedom, and we will not take any
orders, altough me, captain and all members of the crew are Outcast and as such, we will answer, if Council
of dons will call for help, or our homeland will need us. So, again, in the name of captain of Transcendece, I
hereby ask you to officially register our vessel.
Informations about the vessel, slightly modifiied RM-1 Outcast Destroyer, with a callsign Transcendence,
build before 5 years, currently stationed in Alpha, untill Captain changes orders.
With regards and a wish of nice day,
D. Derrick

...Closing....
I buy things I don't want to make an impression on people I don't like.
It has come to my attention that the registration of ships for destroyers is in effect again.
I hereby wanted to register my destroyer the Cobalt Raven. The ship was commissioned during the last few months when the outcast leaders wanted more of these ships in active service, to help in the fight against our sworn enemies the Corsairs.
I have to tell you that because of some previous legal issues, this destroyer would act primarily as a support vessel. It will assist in the re-supplying of ammo and Cardemine during battles with our enemies. Only if the captain deems it necessary to engage (overwhelming odds, enemy cruisers/battleships, direct orders from 101st guard/ SOB/ RoS factions, or some other exceptional circumstances) will this destroyer engage during a fight. I only want to point out that this ship serves primarily as a support ship for re-supplying and cover fire, but isnt a ship that performs rogue operations against possible enemies. It wont be acting as a lone wolf from now on. Ill await my registration number.
The ship will have a continues supply of free Cardemine and a selection of ammo for the fighter and bomber wings.
From: Flt. Adm. Adrian Jaramago
To: Who it may concern
From now on the registration process for all capital class ships is no longer required. The 'Captain's License" and the attendant ship can be purchased by every outcast pilot who can afford it.
Flt. Adm. Jaramago
--- Long live the outcasts ---

[Location:Omicron Alpha,on board the Implosion]
[To:Outcast High Command]
Hola Amigos! This is the captain of the MNS-Implosion,and I have a very special request.
In recent years the Implosion defended Outcast space and helped outcast strike teams to defeat Corsairs,Independet Miners and in rare cases the Bounty Hunter guild. However, the Implosion sustained heavy damage when I was protecting Malta from the corsairs couple a weeks ago.The hull was breached at 2 levels and the decompression killed 26 crewmans. The Implosion was repaired, but its not running on 100%.The hull cant be fully repaired, due to the advanced Nova torpedos that the corsairs used on it.Atleast the reactors are still intact, too bad I dont know for how long. However 1/3 of the technology on the Implosion is intact. The said technology can be used on the Dreadnoughts too.The said Dreadnoughts,as I noticed during one of the last corsair attacks, have advanced hull plating, advanced weapons systems and god knows what more advanced things.
That brings me to my point.Im requesting to command a Outcast Dreadnought. The ship will be build on Corsica Shipyard.Ill pay all the expenses of the construction. The Implosion will be decomissioned, and the undamaged parts will be integrated in the new Dreadnought. It will be named MNS-Evolution.
The Evolution will be armed with 14 Standart Outcast Turrets,1 Heavy Mortar and 1 Battle Razor.
The Dreadnought will have 150 Crewmembers. The Second Lieutenant,Navigator,Chief-Engineer and Weapons officer will be the same as of the Implosion:
Second Lieutenant Santos Rivera, born on Malta, former Falcata pilot. His parents are well known smuglers, but he choose to fight corsairs. Santos was in my wing for many years, and he saved my life many times,so I think he would take care of the Battleship as good as me.
Navigator: Maximo Estavez, also knows as Pathfinder, born on Cali, he was escorting smugglers for 10 years. He knows almost every system in Sirius sector like the five fingers of his hand.
Chief-Engineer: Carlos Rosario.Carlos was born on the Dreadnought Captana, his father was the Chief Engineer of the Captana. Carlos followed his father`s steps and become an Engineer himself. He has been engineer on many other Outcast capital ships ,so I believe he will do his job good.
Weapons Officer: Tiesto Rivera. Tiesto, brother of Santos Rivera, former Destroyer captain. Tiesto joined the Military after his Pirate Train was blown to dust by a group of GMGs near Ruiz. He used his remaining money and got him self a Destroyer, so he can revenge the miners. He fought GMG for 3 years, but miners and hunters managed to blow his RM 1.He escaped with one of the Sabres onboard the Destroyer.
Primary target will enemy capital ships. The Dreadnought will not be used to engage smaller crafts than gunboats, unless they attack first.
The Evolutions operational area will be only Outcast space:
Omicron Alpha,Omicron Eta,Omicron Beta,Omicron 85,Omicron 80.
It will leave the said systems only if ordered by the Outcast High Command (RoS,{SOB},[101st]

***Re: GO AWAY.***
We have an increasingly large number of files piling up on the defunct Fleet Admiral Bonello's desk requesting assignments to command of and requisitions for Corsica, Valetta and Cartagena's Destroyers, and multiple requests for command of Corsica's Battleships or Dreadnought (of which there is only one under construction, and set dates for only two keels to be laid).
These functions are no longer under the control of the 101st's now-defunct Cap Registration Office. Gunboat and Destroyer assignments may be applied for at will and prospective captains, assuming their record is clear of any unsightly issues, can likely expect assignment as soon as vessels are outfitted, and should proceed to their assignments as they deem practical. Battleship and Dreadnought assignments are currently not regulated by the 101st, only monitored; all Battleship and Dreadnought approval requests should be addressed directly to the Council of Dons, who review and vote on applicants personally.
And PLEASE stop attacking my terminal with these reqs, I have more pressing business to attend to and no longer hold a position of direct authority within the 101st.
Regards,
Director Sarah Dattaglia, Maltese Intelligence

//so reg is off again? seems like BS's and other ships wasn't enforced anyways for a while now. *sigh*
//...reg hasn't been on since I left and DarthCurl repealed it. As I understand it Dread-BS reg is still under the control of Council of Dons, but I'm no longer in the CoD chat, so I really have no idea what's going on...I just want them to stop spamming my inbox with requests to deal with Things That Are No Longer My Problem. Srsly, gaiz. -.-//
